I didn't think it was that interesting it wasnt that bad and not a great arm shot but here you go notice date 9/26. I think 2-3 days after squat. I decided to take a break and heal. It has been 2 weeks now so I did some hamstring work last night and will do a little quads today but still resting arm
You're a mess. I've never done anything like that in squatting for 25+ years.

Hello Men !   🙋‍♀️

I did not have a great training week as I tweaked my lower back a little bit. I will probably have to push my double bodyweight squat attempt back a little while.

I am headed to Munich on Thursday. In a perfect world I would be met at the airport by Henda and Darren Avey in tan polyester leisure suits, but a girl can only wish ! My Mom and I are headed to Lake Constance for R&R and down to Lichtenstein.

I have been doing chins and track sprinting to get my back and legs in shape for Christmas party dress season. Hopefully Chaos will take me snowboarding in Big Bear this year. 🤣

I still miss Pellius.
I haven't snowboarded in 20 years but I'll go mountain biking! SkyPark is open year round. 8)

In 40+ Years of doing Back squats & at times doing over 700lbs
I've never hurt my biceps !!
WTF - are you doing ? Your lifting form must be atrocious ,
350 odd lbs squat at 230lb Bodyweight & full of Gear - you should be asking
yourself some serious questions.
How many torn Muscles have you ??  ::)

As you well know my friend when squatting heavy you have to "stay tight" at all times....this is more than likely the mistake Hanky made plus he`s using weight he just can`t fucking handle.......should be doing high reps of 12-20 or more.

That sucks Bhanky. Are you going to doctor to get it checked put? I'm not trying to pile on but either lessen the weight or just scrap squats. Are they really necessary at your age? Heavy squats definitely arent

Yeah they are great. I usually do it every few days and the pumps are crazy.

Pinning your arms with oil is retarded I have stated this many times it is too small of a muscle and too visible. If I was putting oil in my arms they would have evened out by now. I do not put any oils in my arms. Arms are ok for water based peptides not oils.

Unhealthy is right. Based on my experience, when people are very old and/or chronically, or acutely ill, they tend to bruise much more easily. Bhank isn't that old, so he should consider taking your sound advice and take better care of himself.
