Question for y'all regarding back training

From.all.the vids I watch of pros training thier backs it's seems like they generally do 4 upper back exercises one pulldown and 3 or even 4 row movements

So is that how most of you fellas train back?

chins, barbell row or hammer yates row, tbar row, pulley row, deads or hypers, rear delt lateral... i work top to bottom... over the years ive thrown in lat pulldown when i was too heavy to chin for good reps, db rows, and barbell pullovers for variety.. ive trained traps over the years w back as well... im a big believer in heavy weights when it comes to back, 6-10 reps plus yank a couple extra w some body english, once per week.

So like I said one vertical pull and 3 horizontal pulls

If I train back I just do one vertical pull and from time to time one horizontal pull

Now my focus is on chest and arms

From that pic I took yesterday my delts were looking pretty good just from the chest

I think I will probably lay off shoulder and lateral raise work for a bit and see if I keep the delt size I probably will

Just curious

Day 1 is stiff leg deadlift, barbell row and single arm hammer pulldown

Day 2 is machine pullovers then usually 2 pulldown movements and 2 rows and a shrug movement

Always trained back twice a week as prefer breaking it down into two sessions as can only do so much in one without the last movements being a joke

I'm doing similar with my back workouts henda

2 sessions

1 Pullover first then 3 types of pulldown finishing with straight pulls

2 Pullover first then 3 types of row- t-bar, dy, and hoist normally and straight pulls to finish

getting a really good feeling in the entire bag doing this and weights are edging up nicely

That’s a great set up mate how do you find the pullover machine? I find they hit the lower lats like no other on fire after a few sets
