chins, barbell row or hammer yates row, tbar row, pulley row, deads or hypers, rear delt lateral... i work top to bottom... over the years ive thrown in lat pulldown when i was too heavy to chin for good reps, db rows, and barbell pullovers for variety.. ive trained traps over the years w back as well... im a big believer in heavy weights when it comes to back, 6-10 reps plus yank a couple extra w some body english, once per week.
