MONDAY
30-40 min  - do a set of each alternating between squats and bench
DB Squats  - 130lb x 10   - 6-7 sets
Barbell Bench – 135 x 10, 135 x 10, 225 x 5, 225 x 5, 225 x 5, 225 x 5 , 225x 5, 225 x 5

45-60 min circuit
Hex Bar Dead Lifts – either 315 x 5-7 reps  or 405 x 3-5 reps
Incline DB press – 50-70’s x 10 reps 
DB RDL – 65-80’s x 6-8 reps superset with calf raises x 8-10
Banded Cable chest fly – heavy band x 12-15 – superset with tricep push down
Banded Cable crunches with same band – 12-20 reps.

Walked for 15 min after.

By... pec deck went up 22 pounds so this tells me that my delts and tris were fried by close grip just 2 days ago but my pecs jumped massive

So... what I have to do is put it all on one fuckimg day which j will know do

Cheque drops and test is going to be my core permanent cycle, and cheque drops only once every 3 days on my bench and tri day

Day 1-big bench tricep.day

Day 2-verry light legs and back and maybe chat up females if any are actually hot enough

Start sat on sofa
1) Stand ups (with rope to pull up) 1 set of 2 reps
2) Shoe lift (raising shoe off the foot by one inch) 2 sets of 1
3) freehand squat- negative only 1 rep
Return to sofa

followed by 2 sets of calf rub

I perfected my diet to include plenty of milk eggs Parmesan cheese herring for omega 3 and lots of bread and lots of fresh fruit

This diet is supremely healthy

Sleep yep mine suxks my sleeping pill gives me 2 hours max phantom spunker gets 9 hours from the same goddaamn drug

My dlets have grown 2 full inches but my arms and chest have stayed the same size

You're trying to get by on steroids.

Instead of these stupid ideas (like the one how you were going to add 60lbs to a paused bench in 3 weeks), you should be doing slow progression.

I was 145.5 last week now I'm 9 pounds bigger 154.5

My weight class is 148.75 so if I can only do a morning weigh in bout the most I can weigh is what I weigh right now maybe another. 5 pounds

I have added 2 full inches on my delts

My only other option is to compete in the 165s then I could have a walking weight of 170

I got find the master's record on both weigh classes

Got weaker coz I train to pure and total failure every single goddamn day

Now I will only train 2 out of 3 days and the 2nd day after day 1 big bench and tricep day will be very very light back and legs every set at least 10 RIR

Gonna work on gaming some of the females there😉
