I weighed bout a buck 60 or 73 kgs at the time
Not strictly I try and pick a weight for the 3x5 sets thst i can comfortably get 3x5 for at least a few weeks before it becomes 5,5,4 or 5,4,3 ect and have to repeat that weight a few times till can hit 3x5, if the 3x5 was pretty easy I’ll take last set to failure if feel like it
Working weight thst session for behind neck was only 55 and got 5,5,6 best ever was 70 for 8 but that was pre heart attack never been as strong since at pressing
Being honest the best gains I ever made in the whole time I trained was switching fro doing sets yo failure in the 8-15 range with rest pause to 3x5 with a fixed weight, had trained years prior but finally grew fast enough to cause stretch marks haha been a massive fan of 3x5 ever since
