Attention Moderators and other members. Hulkatron, Joswift, and Flexacon have all wagered their accounts that I can not deadlift or stiff leg deadlift 280lbs for 10 reps today. They have agreed to this in the bloodwork posting. I would like to see them affirm that here for all to see prior to performing the easy lifts.
Can we get them to affirm and have the moderators agree to disable their accounts if I complete the task. I am offering to disable mine if I can not.

No bouncing,hitching,no bent knees in the top position, and he has to lean back flexing the erectors at the top of each rep.......old school style.

First workout was with 135 up to 225, next one up to 275, next one to 315. Then I started Ed Coan's 10 week program Friday.
If Hankins can't do 280, I would be surprised.

No, I did not chuck them up you chucked them up and took the tension off at the top then did not control the negative, my reps were constant tension up to neck level and across the chest which makes it more difficult. What's more you did what 16 reps and had to make noises then strained your hand and nearly died coughing up satanic stuff, I hope your bowels blow out like that whale.

My heaviest working set is 280 lbs, did it just a few days ago, it is not a lie or a trick. It is good for me at my age and state (I have a chronic hip issue although it's been good lately), I'm ~180 lbs soaking wet natural.
It was one rep yes but that does not make it a one-rep "max". It was after five other effortful sets, plus I do a set of 20 after that so leave a little in the tank. If I warmed up deliberately for a 1RM I'm sure I could do more than 280 lbs or could do 280x3 or so.
Is he bitching out on attempting his 280-lb set because of this info? It looks like he deleted that post.

I use straps to DL and followed a program Henda sent me. Right now I’m not doing them, I will rotate them back into my workout again soon.

I really wasn't paying any attention to the color of my long sleeve shirt it is the one I keep in the office and throw on when a little cold had nothing to do with the pants. I also just grabbed the hat by the door. But now that you mention it I do look dapper

My wife did drive us to lunch today but I drove my son yesterday. I do not have any kind of suspension issues there is 1 active speeding ticket causing points on my drivers license. 3) no belt
