Go for a jog then do 5 sets of 5 no rest with mediocare weight because you are winded and tired from jogging and no rest then claim it’s hardcore training meanwhile you didn’t stress or microtear the muscles and they were already depleted before you started that is what you are doing
I feel great, am jacked, have enough energy for 5 people, don't puke in my car, don't need a diaper, move a lot of weight effortlessly, doing endurance events, other endeavors at the same time w people half my age, etc.
My training regime would put you in a pine box in 15 minutes.
