Sand bag carry up bleachers and down x 4
15 push ups
Sand bag step up on bench 7 per leg
Quarter mile jog
Plyo jump up bleachers, jog down, x 4
Quarter mile jog
Sand bag drag.
That's it. Breathing very hard.
