~Bench Press: 160 x 10, 215 x 10, 240 x 8, 250 x 6 (Easy, RPE @ 7.5)
~Meadows Row: 4 Working Sets (10,10,8,6 Each Arm) *Used a T-bar Row Contraption
~Standing OHP (Strict): 4 Working Sets (12,12,10,8) *Worked Up to 145
~Snatch Grip High Rows: 4 Working Sets (8,8,6,4) *Worked Up to 225
~Pec-Dec/Push Up Super Set: 3 Sets of Each; Push Ups performed with feet elevated, and hands on dumbbells for deeper stretch
~Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 3 Sets of strict 12
~Dips, chest targeted: 3 sets to failure
~Barbell Curls: 3 Sets to Failure as well
**Ate about 3 lbs of sweet potato casserole later that evening; 10 Pumpkin Spice Oreo Balls, Cheesecake, lots of friendship bread, and at least an entire turkey breast
Slept 12 straight hours, woke up, ate quest bar, took a nap because girl was doing schoolwork.
