felt really good. pump was real good,feeling l/s gaining by the wk,,for those that followed along injury is healed just trying to get strenght 100pct
fdb press,,40,50,55,60,60,reps 12is on lighter set /60's low reps /60's felt good right arm tearing it up/l/s got fatigued 6 rep mark ok,,,
seated hammer press x3 2 45's per side then added 5 then 10 ,,finished with drop 2 plates and 25 per side then dropped for few more reps
inc press x3 felt good here just pumped
inc flye x2 30/35 repped 10/12 good pump
cable crossover x2 with feet elevated push ups
tried some dips to see did 2 sets of 5 on own i could not do' 1' 2 wks ago,so improved plus no pain.
