felt really good. pump was real good,feeling l/s gaining by the wk,,for those that followed along injury is healed just trying to get strenght 100pct

fdb press,,40,50,55,60,60,reps 12is on lighter set /60's low reps /60's felt good right arm tearing it up/l/s got fatigued 6 rep mark ok,,,
seated hammer press x3 2 45's per side then added 5 then 10 ,,finished with drop 2 plates and 25 per side then dropped for few more reps
inc press x3 felt good here just pumped
inc flye x2 30/35 repped 10/12 good pump
cable crossover x2 with feet elevated push ups
tried some dips to see did 2 sets of 5 on own i could not do' 1' 2 wks ago,so improved plus no pain.

tris
over head cable rope x3 last set drop
pushdowns x3 last set drop
tricep dip machine x3
2 sets 1 arm cable kickbacks

abs
put pic up getting shelf look again on pecs was gone few wks ago,,believe me i saw and felt it,,,comeback on,,,,

yes delts and traps

usually fr press smith sometimes with side lateral superset
oer i do side delts raises 2nd,,
then uprights cable or with curl bar sometime superset with 45 lb plate each hand side shrug squeeze traps
rear delt raise
front raise sometimes underhand grip raise with bar or dumbell it works nice,,

shrugs dbell hi rep or bar or i use hammer press lay down version legs each side of pad get in front of handles and shrug works good too,,everyone shrugs on it instead of using it for chest lol,,,

Cutting back on the shoulder training has allowed me to focus more on the chest. Bringing up the upper portion is my goal for that right now hitting it at least twice a week and even randomly throwing pec deck///one armed extending the arm past mid way at the chest.

One of those things...where I feel going heavy on inclines hits more my shoulders and tris than the pecs. And going light doesn't provide enough stimulation for growth.

curious what you would recommend....
