Been going good the last couple of months,not killing myself but very consistent.
Is this a cry for help
With minimal equipment I have at hand I’ve gone back to the basics,Squats,dead’s,flat bench....can’t remember how long it’s been since I flat benched consistently.
I have a bench, a cage, a barbell and 700#'s of weight. I've been doing umpteen sets of basic lifts.
I do miss dumbbells though. I think the gyms are opening this week out here.
I’ve got up to 50lbs dumbbells.Still going to stay at my friends gym when CT reopens,have to wear a mask and only 50% capacity.
Wearing a mask is the dumbest BS ever.
