Started doing sheiko again a few weeks back..I am in south Texas and I have a very equipped powerlifting home gym...and no garage AC!

I never realized how much sheiko routines draine you until I started doing it day in and day out in 100+ degree weather

Usually barbells, DBs can be a pain in the ass to get into place.

And a pain in your delts when you tear one or all of the three heads by lifting them improperly.

Sheiko has always been good to me...except when I try to add too many accessories..then it goes down the shitter

Not a damn thing! Ended up putting in a set of anti-rotation pins in my work gun, and lost track of time cooking me and my wife’s food for the next few days..then had to go to work early..

Training since 5 this morning..my phone says I did 26,000 steps...I shot around 1000 rifle rounds and 1000 handgun rounds..all rifle rounds were suppressed so the front end of the gun was heavy! My forearms and shoulders are feeling it!

Had to do way more stairs than I expected

Just got home from the gym. Worked delts, traps and abs. Forgot to dial back the resistance, so I'll probably feel it tomorrow. Did 16 minutes of light cardio.  Looked in the mirror....damn if my legs don't look like toothpicks. Shit!

My legs are actually on the upswing right now! I never had small legs, but I do have the genetics for lean legs...so when I start adding more mad it’s noticeable pretty quick
