50lbsx20x1 from high to low

SHOULDERS!!

Yep! 14th week one. One more to go! Expect those numbers to drop some when I come off too. Which isn't a thought that I like to carry around with me but hey, it's part of it.

LEGS!!!

squats:

135x10x1 with a 5 second sit at the bottom of each rep to stretch...
315x8x1
405x8x1
465x5x1
500x5x1
550x2x1
405x8x1 with a 5 second sit on my calves to stretch again after all that heavy work. I'm honestly scared to go higher. The weight at 550 bent the bar so much over my back that it caused it to be unrackable at the rack setting I had. I had to call people over to help me rack it. I think our LA big money chain gym here skimped on heavy duty barbells. I know that I can easily hit 585 if I had confidence in my equipment. I exploded out of the hole wiht 550 easily and sat down on the second rep and smiled at myself in the mirror. Felt good!!!

stiff leg'd deads:

135x10x1
315x8x1
500x3x1
500x3x1
500x3x1
365x8x1

leg extensions:

150x15x1 super slow
150x15x1 super slow
150x15x1 super slow
150x15x1 fast
150x15x1 fast

Decent leg day. I need to do hacks every time. Nothing rips at my quads like they do.

On this note. I will gladly pay for a one day pass for anyone in my area that's willing to workout with me just to verify this stuff. I'll put it out there. Just pick what day you want or what bodyparts you want to work, and we'll hit'em! I have no qualms about the lifts I post and you guys can check out the log and watch my progression from where I was til when I started using, etc. I'm kinda shocked at DAVE calling me out though.

ARMS!!!

BICEPS!

dumbbell preacher curls:

60lbsx10x1
80lbsx5x1 (just to make the jump to heavy)
90lbsx4x1
90lbsx4x1

seated alternating dumbell curls:

70lbsx7x1
70lbsx5x1
60lbsx9x1

cable straight bar curls:
140x10x1 (waste of time)
180x10x1 (cake)
225x8x1 (not quite so..cake)

TRICEPS!!

CLOSED GRIP smith bench presses:  No way i'm going this heavy on a regular flat without a spotter..

135x15x1
315x10x1
405x2x1
405x2x1
365x8x1

I looked in the mirror at 365 after the first set of 405 and got pissed. Told myself to stop underestimated and second guessing and START FUCKING PUSHING!!!  >:(

laying french press:

135x8x1
165x6x1  it's official..this one fucks wiht my elbow ALOT but it's hard to find another HEAVY exercise to put on some mass. I quit after the second set.

Nautilus nitro press downs: SUPER SLOW to burn it out since it's not that difficult.

255x20x1
255x20x1
255x20x1

dumbbell overhead extensions: HARD TO DO! I LIKE IT!
35lbsx121
35lbsx10x1

felt strong today....should've done barbell curls first instead of preachers or knocked out the alternating curls for it but, I just wasn't thinking. I want to see how much I can barbell curl now that I'm moving even MORE weight with the dumbbells. 150-160 shouldn't be TOO much to ask for.

You cant swing weight on preacher curls. That is a very strict movement.. This guy says he can do it 5 times with 90lbs...Thats stronger than ronnie

so far we've got 405 for 4 on flat bench, 405 for 10 on barbell rows, 550 for 2 squat, 90 pound db preachers, 405 for 3 close grip bench on the smith, he also claims 225 pound upright rows and 675 pound shrugs i just have to find the post.

I was thinking 2 inch reps just moving it without a full rep, using body english and sholders. If they were done standing you could fake it and claim your lifting 90's.

I see no reason to doubt wicked.

From what I can tell, he's a very strong guy.

As far as the preachers... Dunno how far down he went with those, or if he did it on a 90 or 45 degree bench, or how much he rocked his body. Lots of variables unknown, so hey why not?

It could be..maybe if his form is a little rugged and he is sloppy he could. I see guys "Moving" weight in the gym all the time that have small 2 inch reps or a ton of body english or use shoulders and back when curling or arch like a bridge when pressing just to say they can move the weight. If he is doing full ROM and strick then good for him.

yeah from the bottom up maybe huh..
just because if you started at the top and released the conraction, thats too much weight to stop once it gets going. so standing coupled with JOJ like reps...he could me able to fabricate something like this.. does any one have a picture of this man beast

here's another doozy, 315 for 10 on good mornings and 500 for reps on stiff legged deads.

LEGS!!!

squats:

135x15x1
315x10x1
405x17x1 missed my goal by 3...no spot and didn't want to risk it.
425x10x1
365x15x1

I figured it was time to start moving the squat numbers up in overall weight used per set. I've been messing with 315 and 405 for awhile. I just realized that there are weight plates in sized other than 45lbs ;)

good mornings:

185x12x1
185x12x1
315x10x1
315x10x1

stiff leg'd deads...from the floor:

135x15x1
315x10x1
405x8x1
500x2x1
500x2x1
365x8x1  ass starting giving out on me...

barbell lunges:

135x10x1
225x6x1
135x10x1

I need to learn better balance with the 225...felt good though. My legs where shaking when I left after today. I didnt' realize how much work I did til it was over. Usually I just go with what feels good in the gym save arm day when I KNOW they need only a certain few sets.

All that on no carb! :D

If your standing on a 90 you can use a whole lot of body english. I have seen people drop the weight to the hole on a bounce pull there body back and jerk it to the upright position then do reps that do not break the the elbow joint for a "set" seem like hell on the tendons but nothing ever suprises me. If you are doing full ROM strict semi slow reps with it then god bless you man.

I'm calling ABSOLUTE bullshit on the 405lb bent over rows and 90lb dumbell preacher curls. The rest seem feasable - although his 'physique' doesn't do the weights mentioned justice.

I think he should do lighter weights with better form.

Dave can find the qoute as to how far I went down. I said I didn't go a full extension. I went to my arm was parallel to the floor. I didn't go deeper because I was scared shitless I'd hurt myself. I only go deep with 70-80lbs. I've only been moving that kinda weight in the preachers for a few weeks. Arms are taking some time off though for awhile since my last tricep day, royally fucked my elbow. Doesn't hurt when benching or anything else, just when I do direct tricep work.

I WAS 6'@250lbs. I never claimed to be ripped or huge. Those that read my posts know I've bitched for a long time about how I'm strong as hell but don't look like it at all and it bugs the shit outta me. I'm 240 right now from cutting down on the carbs but my strength is still climbing. Though it seem slike it's taking longer for me to recover and with the deca dropping out of my system, I'm wondering if other joints will start to show signs of wear when I come off. My left shoulder starts to hurt when I SQUAT over 500 for some reason. I don't know if its' my grip width because I can't bring my hands closer, My chest keeps me from doing it.

I don't see what the deal is. I've offered to lift with anyone that wants to join in and have a good workout. OFCOURSE THERE'S BODY ENGLISH! IT'S A 405 BENT OVER BARBELL ROW!  ;D

Nope, slow and steady. You can't fuck around wiht that kinda weight or you'll get hurt. That's the last thing I want to do. I've been hurt and had to start all over again and it's taken me a year to get where I am WITH gear. I know I don't look like a monster and I don't have a bodybuilders build but I did say I'd post progress pics from using and I have no shame in what I post.

Right arm measures still at 18" and left is at 17 and 3/4" flexed. I'm sure they look 14" when they're just standing there hanging. My arms have always been a lagging body part. Just like my pussy forearms.

LA fitness off Glade Rd in Euless, TX!  ;D I'm there usually around 3-5 in the evenings right after I get off work. I'm all about meeting new people and having a good workout if you guys think you can hang but I'm not going to be unracking and RE racking weights my entire workout just so someone can "watch" me lift.

OHHH I missed it your on juice. Well that could explain the pains, if you have gone up suddenly in weights during this cycle and your body is not ready to handle the weight, or you have the mental surge to lift heavy but not the physical side yet. Just thinking out loud.

He looks strong, and holding a bit of test water. Some of the strongest pound for pound guys have that grainy
dense almost stringy muscle. I got a feel take away the water retention and thats what his body would tend towards naturaly.

One another note Ive watcher a 180lb roofer make a 220lb buff bodybuilder beg on his knees and cry not to hit him.
THe Biger guy almost jumped off the roof. ANd both were hard-Timers from the Cali system.
Frankly, a lot of big puffy BBers are pussies.

In my gym even the girls can do more than that. Also only millionaires can join.

Damm I was looking to hate on you... ;D oh well be carefull.

hahaha, that's part of thr reason i decided to call this guy out, he seems to have a tremendous ego.

Ego? Where have I ever had an ego? Not once have I paraded around with my claims like I'm the end all ever on getbig. And the only reason I went heavy on the squatting yesterday was because you said that if I was benching 405 for a few reps, I should be able to easily squat 600. Now THAT kind of jump after only giving 500lbs on the squat a shot ONCE I knew was impossible. But I cut my usual high reps down and tried to go for broke to see if I really could do what you said I should be able to. 585? Yeah I think I can get it. 600? Maybe in another few months of training.

Goodmornings I do til I can see my traps in the mirror and try to explode up. I do them in the cage with the pins set to catch it if I go too deep and can't save my ass. I don't go parallel to the floor with that kinda weight that's insane. I go deep enough to get my low back and hips to start straining, like I'm coming out of the hole. In all honesty, I think these have helped my squats more than anything else!

OHHH I missed it your on juice. Well that could explain the pains, if you have gone up suddenly in weights during this cycle and your body is not ready to handle the weight, or you have the mental surge to lift heavy but not the physical side yet. Just thinking out loud.

Go to my log and read my latest little brain fart about how I should probably start backing off since my body is starting to show signs of wear and tear. That I should probably start backing off and taking my time and paying my dues instead of wanting to look like a monster NOW instead of getting 3 or 4 years under my belt like most guys. I met a guy last night in the gym.  Was a TANK! He matched me for lifts but has been lifting for years where I've only seriously been at it for almost two. He said the key is time. He told me the good shit in life never comes fast and it's never easy. You've got to earn it. I've already fucked a shoulder and now probably and elbow which is why I haven't posted an arm day in awhile. Dude said pay my dues and not to rush things or I'll burn out or be so beat up that I won't be able to lift anymore and will hafta warm the bench the rest of my days.

What airport are you coming into? If it's DFW, It's only 30 minutes or so. If you're flying into Dallas/Love..you're the better part of an hour traffic pending. If for some reason you can't make it to mine but are in town for awhile and would like to maybe meet up someplace closer, I'll look on the LA website to find a gym that's in your area so we can make it happen. I've always trained alone so you'll hafta bare with me. AND I'm lazy. I tend to sit on my ass for a few minutes between sets. If you're down I'm in!!!

I'm not a prick and I'm not going to make you do all the bitch work. But if we're having to un rack and rerack plates after each set, I won't be too thrilled having someone just stand there while i do it like last time. LOL ME?! If i can get one of these guys that wants to workout to take a vid without the LA nazi's seeing it, I'll put up 100bucks that says I can touch parallel with your 40's, 50's, 60's..hell I'll even do it with the 90's on a preacher without wiggling. I don't mind being called out. Get big has always kept the bullshitters away and the boys honest but, I'm willing to put cash up on this one. Everyone seems to harp on the preachers more than anything else. If I'm going to put it on the line, why can't someone else? Here's what I'm not understanding. If some of you can't do it why does tthat mean other people can't? Self doubt stops most people from every reaching their potential, amazing body or not.

In all honesty I'd like to work out with you Dave. You seem to bring it home when it comes time to lift but then again I've never seen you claim anything either. You're a big guy with a no bullshit attitude. That's what I like in people I train with. The gym is a place to work, it's not the fucking romper room. I'm curious as to what you think BAD form is with my bent over barbell rows since you've never seen me do them. I don't bend over FLAT doing them, I stand at 45*. Now some people would say that's bullshit but, I do it to keep from hurting my lower back. I do them with straps too though, guess that's a no no too huh?!

I hear that. Now even if I THINK I tweaked something or I have a body part that starts talking louder than the others to me, I lay off. I'm trying to train as smart as possible now. Laying off a few days or weeks if needed is alot better than MONTHS or a YEAR like last time, even if I don't like it NOW, I'll thank myself later down the road. I'm honestly going to take this elbow to the doc if it doesn't start getting better. It stiffen's up on me. I KNOW it's those fucking laying skull crushers that did it. Learn as you go I guess. Kinda like I thought I was hot shit doing 22+ plates on the leg press and first tried to squat. 315 ate my lunch! I have trouble believing my own weights some days looking at myself in the mirror. We've both had this discussion before anyway. I've just never claimed anything but STRENGTH on getbig. How close to Cinci is St. Louis? I've never been in that part of the country before but work is going to be having me in the cinci area off and on the rest of the year. biceps: dumbbell hammers, dumbbell preachers, and cable straight bar curls/or seated alternating dumbbell curls.
tricpes: close grip smith benches, v-bar pressdowns if they have the machine at that LA, and whatever else DIZZLE feels like he wants to do. As long as it's not skull crushers I'll do them.  ;D Sound good?

He might be right. The other day I saw some 17 year old kid repping out 540 for 12 on the incline with a 3 second pause at the bottom like it was nothing. Afterwards, he deadlifted and moved an 18 wheeler that was blocking some guy's car.

ask and you shall recieve.

He's currentlyshooting 2 omnas a day and 600deca wk. Hes (nor I) guy to 5cc shots. (I only ever did 1) 10-20 dbol a day, lots of big boys can.

I did 10 Dbol at once and my heart rate ran up to like jogging speed.
It felt unnatural sitting still, so I went for a long walk, at the correct speed about for that heart rate for almost 2 hrs till it backed off ;D
THIS IS  FUCKING STUPID - YES!

That dont stop PPL from doing it, on the contrary it ATTRACTS THEM!!

I cant do 1000 Test a day long. I can front load it. I could prolly front load
20cc of SUS. It'd only be... 30 x 20 TP = 600mg prop,
 20 x 60 Tiso & Tphynl = 1200mg  AND the long 21 day shit ...
20cc x 100Tdecanoate = 2000mgs of that nice stuff ::)

I would feel ok on that after the shot pain, no UG Gear at that dose!

Ronnie and Jay are sponges - I'd bet all my nolvadex on it.

It'd blow your mind, Dennis, Marcus- (gh15 IMO), Nasser.

If we was walking in Pattaya and shopping the shit, youd be damn tempted to
mega dose till you didnt feel good. Its practicly free.
$60/ 1000anabols. $1.50 Karachi SUS (Great product, 2nd to none)
Primo Tabs, Var, stan tabs - pick your color...

Big Euro Monsters eat Dbol by the handfull, some it agrees with, some it dont.
You could find SOMTHING that you can take a lot of, ,most can.

Those row totals, etc. just aren't super-human.  Ton of gear, decent genes and years of work and someone could acheive them.

What are your personal best lifts, Squadfather?  You seem to be awfully caught up in what other people do or don't do, I'm wondering if that's out of insecurity or because you really are very strong....

i've never claimed to be a beast like this guy does and if you think that a 405 pound barbell row for 10 REPS isn't impressive you must train at Westside Barbell or know Bill Kazmaier personally.

Sure it's a shitload of weight, but it's not like you'd have to be damn Johnny Jackson (in an ad, or course) to pull that off.  I know guys that incline 495 that can't row 250 for reps.  I also know a couple guys that row in the mid-300's that can't bench for shit.

This is the damn internet, anyway.  Who gives a shit what kind of lift claims people put on here?  You take claims too seriously from what I can tell.  Either that or you simply don't have anything else to do but rant about stupid stuff online.

Not once did I ever claim that..but I did claim a few reps with 90lbs for strict reps with dumbbells on the preacher bench.

The way I'm setting this up. Dizzle has offered to tape and record whatever for you guys. My shoulder workouts are shitty. I can't even military press much above 225. Never claimed to be a monster in it. I'll gladly post a vid or pics of 70lb side laterals. LA fitness gives new prospective clients a week free pass. This will give he and I at least a week to get in a few workouts for show and tell. I'm willing to back up my claims and put them up for scrutiny. I'm honestly curious about my form, etc. myself since I dont' workout with anyone and can't stare at myself in the side mirror on lifts to check my form. If I'm doing some shit wrong or form is off, man I need to know this shit to correct it. I never once claimed that I was in competitive shape or was a monster. I did say I was strong though!  ;D

I'll cover those, squats, and good mornings on leg day for sure! 500lbs for sldl's? C'mon guys that's a gimme for people that deadlift more than 500lbs on a regular basis.

ok, id like to see barbell rows with 405 and preacher curls with 90 pound dbells, put those on the list  ;D

I do them unilaterally. I support myself with an upright bench to keep myself stable, start from the bottom and raise up to shoulder level. I don't bring it up above that, it's heavy as hell. If you think a dumbbell lateral should be done HIGHER than that, then you'll be disappointed and you can call bullshit.

The barbell rows will be on back day which I will be outta town from monday to wednesday but I'll be sure to get them in for you guys at least once. If time runs out on Dizz's free week membership, I'll front his day pass myself. I'll get you guys some 405 smith closed grip tricep presses and some heavy dumbbell preachers tomorrow since you guys asked for them. I won't be posting them though, Dizz will be the one with the camera. I'll give you guys the DL on my closed grip smiths incase you haven't read the log. I go til my arms are parallel to my body and not deeper to keep the shearing force off my shoulders with a grip just my body width apart to keep my wrists from dying and most of the weight on my tri's and not transferring it to my chest as much. It's a tricep exercise. It's not meant to focus the chest as much obviously. I DAMN sure wont' get it for 8 reps like I read on here somewhere before but, I'll give you guys a good double or triple.

I have only seen one guy do this and he is going for his pro card at the gym I am training at up here in Canada. He is MUCH bigger and ripped than this guy and has a HUGE back, however, every now and then you meet a freak that has a weird percentage of white muscle fibers and they can lift a lot more than they look like they can.

Dude for the numbers I put up. I should be as wide as a barn door with 20" arms and 30" legs. What pisses me off the most is I don't. Even juicing I don't put on massive amount of muscle. I just gain strength, some size, and recover faster than I would normally. Unfortunately, juice doesn't turn you into a massive, iron eating, muscle god like most people think. It just ramps the recovery process up however many times over depending on what you use.

Personally I have no reason to doubt you. If you can do those things, that is awesome. I have too much biology under my belt to make assumptions about anyone at this stage, especially when steroids are involved. I will admit it looks a little fishy, but, like I said before, I have been surprised before. Best of luck to you.

I appreciate it. I'll do my best to put on a good show. I'm sure i'll catch some hell for the way I do things or someone will find something wrong with what I do. As long as I hold true to what I said, no reason for people to do anything beyond give me constructive criticism. I honestly hope if I'm doing something wrong or could do something BETTER than someone would point it out. Anything to make me a better bodybuilder. If you'd call me that from the pics LMFAO!

So, you've claimed that you've only been working out for TWO YEARS, yet you flat bench 405 for 5 and you squat 550 for 2.  RAW, no equipment.  And only recently you've started test, but even before that your lifts were pretty much what I just stated.  So you're claiming that within two years of working out, you've gained strength it takes powerlifters decades to gain?  If so, you are pound for pound about 4 times as strong as Paul Anderson and Doug Hepburn, perhaps two of the strongest men in history. :-\

I've said before I've lifted on and off throughout highschool but didn't know what I was doing. Started lifting at home in a makeshift gym and one fo those cheap cap barbell setups and stuff. I didn't know much beyond what my M and F issues and Arnold's bodybuilding encyclopedia. I'm only been SERIOULSLY working out for 6 days a week for a couple years. Your saying that if you already have somewhat of a base and start taking it seriously and have a better knowledge of how to train properly, going from 285 to 405 on the bench press in two years isn't feasable? C'mon now. Unless you train like a "fitness expert" 3 days a week, I'd like to see how no one can do it? I've gotten two buddies of mine that could only bench 205 and 255 up to 275 nad 315 in a matter of months training with me. STRENGTH comes before size and for me strength comes easily. How does the numbers I put up make me one of the strongest men in history? For my size and age, my strength is typical for most who've trained for awhile. I've done a few cycles within that time frame too. So what about what I've said or done is hard to comprehend or accept as doable?

I will say one thing though, if infact i'm doing something wrong or could better myself in the videos and pics I'm trying to get posted, I would like to know. I'm not ashamed to eat my crow if I'm doing something wrong. If it betters me then it does...

He's still a bitch like he has been since he signed up!?  ???I like he and I understand his skepticism. I have offered to do it but don't have a camera, so I'm really hoping I can get together with dizz today and see if he can post something. I can't produce a vid without the equipment..but I'm willing.

I have a digi cam..how else would I have put up pics of myself in some of them? Even a cell phone has a digicam in it. The digicam I have is an older hp one that came with the computer and it doesn't have a camera function. These guys want a video. I can't take pics of myself and even if I took a pic of me doing a certain wait, it's not good enough for getbig! I gotta deliver to the fans!  ;D

Mate, it's not just a matter of going from 285 to 405 in two years--it's a matter of going to 285 to 405 for SEVERAL REPS. :-\  And RAW, at that.  With a year's worth of specialized training--three total years of "serious" lifting--you could be benching 600+ RAW, at this rate.

Listen, the BP has never been my best lift.  After dieting down for three months eating almost nothing, I could only bench 225 for 3.

Does it look like I've done more diet anything beyond a diet coke? There's no way I could get 500 or even 600 raw without a few more years under my belt. A jump from 225 to 315 is one thing. But ask the guys that press 405 and now do 500 how long it took them. I don't think i'll even be close to 500 EVER just because I've already got a bum shoulder, my wrist kill me on anything heavier than 405, and my elbow of late has been giving me hell. Am I happy with that? No. Will I keep trying to GET there? Hell yeah. Do I think I'll make it? Honesty I doubt it. Just becuase YOU can't do something doesn't set the standard for everyone else. Tha'ts like that one powerlifting dude putting up 525 raw at 198lbs. Apparenlty it's doable. That's what I don't understand about some people on get big. The only reason you can't lift x-amount of weight (not you in particular joey) but whomever, is because you already BELIEVE it's unreachable. Bullshit, I've seen shit on here and in the gym that blew my mind. I've also done things even I thought were impossible jus ta few months ago. If you want it bad enough ANYTHING is doable...wtf kidna diet were you on that dropped you down so much you could only hit 225 for 3? That pay rent or eat kinda diet?!

I find that absurd.  You claim to press 405 for SEVERAL REPS, so are you saying that pressing 410 once would kill your wrists? ::)  Give it up, mate, your lies have caught up to you.

Bench 405 for several clean reps, like you claim, and I will publicly give you props.  Until then, you are a liar.

You don't hafta give me anything. 410? No...discomfort but not pain. I tried 465 the other day and bombed it. THAT bothered them a little and had to sit for a few minutes before my next set. I'll accept that though. You can call me a liar until I prove that I can do it.

J.D. said some things came up and wasn't able to. So it's not my fault. I trained today anyway so here's my bullshit claims for today's workout.

ARMS!!!

BICEPS!!!

dumbbell preacher curls:

60lbsx12x1
80lbsx6x1
90lbsx4x1 HOW CAN A TRAINER NOT KNOW HOW TO SPOT!!! WHEN I SAY I WANT TO GO PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR WITH IT, THAT'S WHAT I WANT TO DO! DON'T RANDOMLY FUCKING STOP ME WHEN YOU THINK I SHOULD! WASTE OF MY TIME AND MADE IT A HELLUVA LOT HARDER! HAD DO TO SOME REPS OVER!  >:( >:(
80lbsx8x1 and 80lbsx7x1 (left arm)

seated alternating dumbbell curls:

60lbsx10x1
70lbsx5x1 started to swing, called it quits. The swinging hurts my elbow...
65lbsx8x1

dumbbell hammer curls:
70lbsx8x1
70lbsx10x1

...didn't go much heavier than that, if I did the hammers earlier in the routine instead of last, I could've gone heavier. Oh well.

TRICEPS!!

closed grip bench press: first two sets were on the flat bench and not the smith because they were full. I wanted to finish but FUCK it started to hurt...so I racked and waited on the smith. The smith machine doesn't aggrevate it. I wonder why.  ??? ???

135x15x1
315x6x1
405x2x1
405x3x1 I noticed I could get an extra rep if I rep'd them FAST and pause at the top and bottom. Like it makes much of a difference...
405x2x1
365x6x1+2rp

cable pressdowns:
wholestackx15x1 failure
wholestackx13x1 failure
wholestackx11x1 failure

hammer strength plate loaded pressdowns:
4platesx15x1 warmup
10platesx7x1
10platesx8x1 If I wasn't such a pussy, I could've gotten two sets of 8!  >:(

TRAPS!!!
  make up day...

135x15x1
315x10x1
500x10x1
600x10x1
675x3x1 (7 plates a side is intimidating....)
600x10x1
500x20x1

Well, what's your response?  We're waiting.

That's what I squat and that's how long I've been squatting. What kinda response are you looking for? With my first attempts on heavy stuff, I only go to parallel to get my confidence up. Once I start hitting it easily, I'll go deeper. 405 for high reps and sitting in the hole with it and feels good and stretches oh my hip flexors and quads. Seriously, feels good and keeps me from cramping later.

I know you're not starting shit. I've just feel like I've been defending myself all day over average weight claims. A big preacher curl til my arm is parallel to the floor? Asking for a side pic isn't that hard to produce. I'll see what I can do. I' like to see a pic of you at 240. How long have you been in the game? You're ripped to shreds in your avatar. I don't have the dedication to look like that. I just like being big and strong but not FAT. Kinda hard to find a happy medium. I want that off season look.

I've offered to. If any getbiggers in my area what to get together for a training session and bring a video camera, I'd gladly do it. I just don't have one but, I have offered numerous times in this thread and even put up a c-note a few times to back up the lifts. I don't HAVE to prove shit to anyone but myself in the gym and in life. This is getbig and I expected I'd hafta put up or shutup eventually. SCARED? LOL not in the least. I'm willing to throw down anytime! Now I'm not sure where some of these lifts are coming from because it damn sure isn't MY workout long. 90lb preacher curls for 10 reps or 500lb skull crushers? Um..I'd like to see that myself. I can however get few reps and I don't do skull crushers anymore.

...didn't go much heavier than that, if I did the hammers earlier in the routine instead of last, I could've gone heavier. Oh well.

TRICEPS!!

closed grip bench press: first two sets were on the flat bench and not the smith because they were full. I wanted to finish but FUCK it started to hurt...so I racked and waited on the smith. The smith machine doesn't aggrevate it. I wonder why.  ??? ???

135x15x1
315x6x1
405x2x1
405x3x1 I noticed I could get an extra rep if I rep'd them FAST and pause at the top and bottom. Like it makes much of a difference...
405x2x1
365x6x1+2rp

cable pressdowns:
wholestackx15x1 failure
wholestackx13x1 failure
wholestackx11x1 failure

hammer strength plate loaded pressdowns:
4platesx15x1 warmup
10platesx7x1
10platesx8x1 If I wasn't such a pussy, I could've gotten two sets of 8!  >:(

TRAPS!!!
  make up day...

135x15x1
315x10x1
500x10x1
600x10x1
675x3x1 (7 plates a side is intimidating....)
600x10x1
500x20x1

That's what I squat and that's how long I've been squatting. What kinda response are you looking for? With my first attempts on heavy stuff, I only go to parallel to get my confidence up. Once I start hitting it easily, I'll go deeper. 405 for high reps and sitting in the hole with it and feels good and stretches oh my hip flexors and quads. Seriously, feels good and keeps me from cramping later.
Juice does different things for different people i was Mega dosing and had extreme strenght gains in squats. ???

I don't HAVE to prove shit to anyone but myself in the gym and in life. This is getbig and I expected I'd hafta put up or shutup eventually.

Exactly, this is Getbig, where you post a training log.  If you're gonna make extravagant claims about your lifts, you need to be ready NOW to back them up.  Otherwise close your account and leave.

I really enjoy getting rape by men. The thrill of it just gets me all excited. From a young age I learned how to take huge cock in my ass. At first I couldnt take more than 7 inches but I didnt give up. Each week I increased the cock to build my tolerance up.I'm glad I had many men to help me reach my goal of taking a 14 incher in my backdoor. The first time he put it inside me, it was just too easy. Nobody and I mean nobody can handle the cock like I do.

Kinda gay if you ask me but at least you didn't give up.

I have a friend, a Samoan (they have the best genetics on the planet 8)) who a few months ago benched 315 for reps after not working out for a long time.  As for me, before dieting I could easily close out 315 for reps in multiple sets.

Title: MORE LIES FOR TODAY!!!
Post by: thewickedtruth on August 05, 2007, 11:58:42 AM
CHEST!!!

smith machine benching: (Doing what I can to rehab my elbow. I noticed the closed grip smith benches didn't irritate them at all. So I benched on it today and worked on hitting heavier sets with higher reps to take advantage of it. )

135x15x1
315x8x1
385x6x1+2rp (10 secs on the pause)
385x6x1+1rp (10 secs on the pause)
405x2x1
405x2x1
415x1x1...10 more pounds ate my lunch. This one was a struggle.
385x5x1
315x8x1

I noticed I do alot of sets in my benching and that in the gym, I don't really think about it and only realize what I've done AFTER the fact. I just like benching. I'm now a firm believer in the ability to TRAIN yourself to change your benching mechanics to suit your needs. After a few workouts of trying to bring my elbows forward instead of straight down and work more like a power press, I'm doing it without thinking about it now and feel as if I come out of hte hole alot EASIER than I did with a more conventional style of pressing. I plan on working with 385 on rest pause sets for awhile until I'm getting sets of 8 easily instead of only getting it with a pause. Thumbless grip seems to make pressing EASIER too though in the back of my mind I'm always waiting for it to slip. I still can't keep my ass on the bench either with anything over 365. I can't keep from doing it either. It's starting to get irritating. I feel like I'm cheating myself.

flat dumbbell flyes:

60lbsx15x1
80lbsx10x1
80lbsx10x1

narrow grip plate loaded press for super slow reps to cool down:

225x15x1
225x15x1

DELTS!!!  (Only did the side delts today. My front delts felt hammered after all the pressing. )

supported side lateral dumbbell raises: unilaterally..

50lbsx10x1
70lbsx8x1
70lbsx7x1 right arm and 70lbsx8x1 left arm

cable side laterals: super slow...

50lbsx12x1
50lbsx12x1

I noticed these I feel working the delts more than any other exercise. I don't do them straight out to the side either like most but, instead at a 45* angle away from me. SMOKES the side delts.

WIcked, I think you should find a Power Lifting club/ Garrage Gym at some point the comercial Gym sceene is going to limit you.

Your body type looks like it the kind that get more "Steroid user" acusations when you were natural and not holding some extra test water?

Funny you say that. I DID get alot of accusations. I just tell'em I eat alot of red beef. Even if it's obvious I use now. I've been talking about finding a new place alot lately. A place that's more serious about heavy, hardcore lifting and not just staying fit. You're right, I feel like a commercial gym I'll eventually outgrow. I told myself I would find a better place once I maxed out alot of the machines and other lifts but it's why I'm trying to do most of my stuff with free weights as often as I can to make it last as long as possible. The thing I like about a commercial gym like LA is if I travel for business or If I'm on another side of town, I can easily get into a gym to not miss a workout. I feel like the convenience is worth it for now. If I joined a powerlifting club, I don't want to get into the whole suited scene. I feel like it's "cheating" but, that's my own opinion. I feel raw lifts are where the true test is.

honestly Wicked looks completely natural to me, you must have low expectations of what a good juicer looks like, he has a good build but he doesn't look juiced at all.

Not to those that lift alot but to the average gym goer I do. Remember the kinda people I lift around. I was thinking about this today and wanted to post it as a question to see what you guys thought. I use obviously but am not very large for my height. I am however strong and get even STRONGER when on. Does that mean that my doses are just enough to gain strenght but not enough to put on serious size? Up teh dosage next time to see if that makes a difference? I've never gone about 600mg a week with test but next cycle I'm thinking 750mg, 400mg of deca, and maybe something else. I didn't break out or have any sides other than a litlte gyno flare up on this current cycle.  You've used SF. What do you think?

Also, you never got back to me on the rep scheme you would recommend for trying to hit 600lbs on the squat. You've told me you squat big. I'm always looking for new ways to solve a problem.

Fucking stupid statement. Juicers range from not much response even to high doses, to that lovely Puff'd up look on low doses, to the completely swollen with water lineman/ SHW PLer look.

Wicked looks to me like he had the grainy almost stringy very dense natural muscle. Now, theres a bit of water retention on top.

The General public thinks if they see thin skin and even somewhat developed muscle - STEROIDS!

Either way, I'd get smoked in powerlifting at any level for my size and bodybuilding whise my proportions suck. Why should I stop doing what I like just because I'm not built like a top teir pro? I don't ever plan on competing, just fill out to my best potential. My arms broke 18" at 250 but I cut down to 240 and the dropped back down some. I would just ignore this Joey Tito guy. He seems like a very miserable person who's is probably upset with the fact that he weighs 150 pounds despite a gram+ of test per week like Sevastase. squats:

135x15x1
315x8x1
405x8x1
500x5x1
500x4x1

good mornings:

135x15x1
315x10x1
315x10x1
405x9xoh sweet jesus! I wasn't paying attention and let the bar get too deep down my back and couldn't save it on the 9th rep and had to dump it. Not only did it feel like it tried to rip my arm off but my back looks like I was dragged behind a truck for a few miles. Either way. I've got to learn better bar control and it feels like 405 is a good working set. I don't feel much with 315 but that first rep with 405 really I really felt pull up the entire length of my erectors.

stiff leg'd deads:

135x10x1
315x5x1
500x5x1
515x2x1
that would be progress...

TRAPS!!

barbell shrugs:

135x10x1
315x10x1
500x10x1
600x10x1
675x5x1
695x wouldn1t really call it a rep...
no room on the bar for anything more than a 10. WHY DO COMPANIES COAT PLATES?! RUBBERIZE THE FLOOR INSTEAD!!  >:(

I've been told by numerous lifters that I respect that the reason I'm not very large but strong as fuck is because I work with too many heavy sets. I didn't know that was possible. It's been said that with my split and the weight I move, I really should consider cutting DOWN the total sets and drop the volume abit to see if I grow. I'll give it a month or so working like this and see if I see much increase in size. I just don't feel like I'm working hard or hit it hard enough when I do anything less than I normally do. They said just go heavier in fewer sets and go balls out to see how it works for me.

squats:

135x15x1
315x8x1

500x4x1

good mornings:

135x15x1
315x10x1
315x10x1
405x9xoh sweet jesus! I wasn't paying attention and let the bar get too deep down my back and couldn't save it on the 9th rep and had to dump it. Not only did it feel like it tried to rip my arm off but my back looks like I was dragged behind a truck for a few miles. Either way. Can't you just confine these lies to your training log?  Why continually boast about lifts that you're not capable of?  Of course, if you can do them, then post some vids ASAP.

I got the response I was looking for from YOU!  ;D Friday my friend and possibly saturday if he's down to do legs. I'll even put this on the table. If I post legit vids of some of my lifts AND THEY'RE LEGIT LIFTS...you can put "wicked's bitch" as your signature for a week. If my lifts are bullshit, I'll put "kiwiol's bitch" in my sig instead. Square?

You seem to know so much about squatting but have yet to offer any advice beyond yeah I should be able to do this or that if my numbers are true. You said you've got a big squat and I wanted advice to get even better and get ideas as to how people train and why. I only got 405 for 9 on the good mornings. If your'e going to qoute me and call bullshit, at least qoute me right. You're going to turn me into a legend and it'll be all your doing.

If you guys want to see some big ass lifting, planetrage.net is where it's at. Then you'll see just how small a 405 for a good morning is. If you can squat 405 easily, a good morning is only the top half of the movement. How is that inconceivable? Joey and I have come to an agreement that I will honor 100%. I even put it up with some things being out of my hands. As far as heavy squatting goes. I go deep on everything but my heaviest sets. In those I only go to parallel which seems to be consider legit until I get the sac to try and go deeper. I train in lifts to help my squat. The good mornings and stiff leg'd deads are all there to help hip drive power and my lower back. I have the leg strength no problem. I train to develop a big squat. Maybe if you guys actually tried some of this shit and tailored it to your own training routines, you might be surprised at how fast your numbers go up if you're willing to push yourself.

I'm willing to train withing anyone anytime. Offers always on the table.
