I believed the overtraining so much. But Paco says that it doesnt exist and just you are always sub-alimented.
Almost 3 hours workout everyday with super high intensity with tons of clean foods lead... this gain in only two weeks(without gears).

Nah. thats very exaggerate.
I used to train only 1.5hour very intense.
Now for ex, i train my triceps almost 20 sets. Thats crazy.

He trains sometime with me(about 2 times a week) and watching out what i am doing everyday and makess diet menu and scales my weight once a week.

Thanx. Just it is very interesting experience for me and want to shre with everybody here. I am doing totaly opposite to what i was believing.
My training session is one long 3 hours without stretch or anything. OK,my 20mins cardio is included.
Supp intake is BCAA and Glutamine and Dextrose. He says still I dont take creatine.
He thinks that he dont fix anything if its working right now.

Yes. Exactly.
About carbs, we have to maintain what i used to take before his instruction.
But Protein intake is about triple.
Still hold bit more water,but Paco says i dont have to worry about it since i train very hard and long.

Maybe you should just consider training for fun and let go a little, I mean not all people are meant to be competition bodybuilders maybe you should stop listening to Paco and start enjoying life..

Dude I train for an hour or less 5 times a week, do cardio twice a week, drink alcohol, and eat basically whatever I want just try to keep the protein high, and I think for a natty I look way better then you.....if I trained 3 hours a day and looked the way you do, I think I would either have a mental breakdown or just realize bodybuilding isn't for me, and lift recreationally just to stay in shape.

So i admit you have great gens but if you dont do,its same as you dont have gen. Got it?

you have to be much more tactical as a natural
i think its possible to look like those guys as a natural after a long workout at low bodyfat
but when you wake up expect to be very small and lean as a natural
not a 24/7 pump like these guys probably have

Paco is not stupid. He knows what i want and thats the reason why he is watching me out carefuly in spite of next comp is in next year.

I've had bodybuilders and trainers try to get me to compete, I've been told you would be an awsome bodybuilder if I trained for a natural competition and that I got great genetics, but I don't want to spend 3 hours a day training, eating only clean foods, and deprive myself of various life pleasures. I enjoy training and physical activities, it makes me feel and look great, but if your training for 3 hours a day you should look like a person who trains 3 hours a day, naturals actually should train less, because it takes longer for us to recover.

need to keep tabs on your weekly average of reps and sets
because somedays you can do a shitload
only to miserably fail doing nothing the next day
knowing what your average is by the week is key to understanding where youre at
and if you cant increase your weekly average of sets and reps (experimenting with higher amounts of certain nutrients or more calories) than you have hit your limit on what you can produce, and its pointless if you put on fat, because you cant expect to keep the same weekly average if you are cutting calories to lose the fatness you gained from trying to maximise your workouts
so kyomu has your average per week workload gone up? have you calculated everything into a weekly average
dont get all happy because you had one monster workout, because its human nature to tend to ignore or forget our shitty days with not much energy to workout at a masterful level

i believe its your mental strength and positive thinking that allow for you to be so developed
i DO think 3 hours a day for a natural is too much though. heck, even for a drug user i think its too much. but what do i know?

You know what you're speaking of. If you're natural or train without drugs, the last thing you want, it to train 3 hours a day...it's utterly pointless. Your test levels start to fall off, after 45 minutes of training.
If you wanted to gain more size, which you don't, you'd just change your diet, not train more. This thought process is very poor.
I'm sure Paco knows a lot, but in short, the guy is a heavy drug abuser with a huge mid section. What has this guy ever achieved on his own? I'd guess, not much...as with almost every pro bb out there. They all start juicing @17 and don't stop. That their thing, it's irrelevant to me, but how it is.

Everyone gets flamed. If you take it seriously, there's the problem. If someone questioned my physique, I'd just post a shot and not really think too much about it. When someone is asked, but never does, it's usually a sign they look like garbage. Take a look at previous shots posted, you'll see this is pretty true.
Also, to bash someone's physique, then not even post your own shot...is just pathetic. If you don't go around bashing people, it's another thing.

They take drugs to compensate and allows them to be competetive for longer. If they were natural it would get progressively harder to make improvements as they age. Even so you can still see the deterioration of drug users as they come up on age 40 and beyond.

I've never understood the logic of a competitive Natural bodybuilder being trained and given dietary advice by a Pro bodybuilder who is obviously on mega-doses of juice. It's a totally different situation for them in terms of protein utilization, recuperation, etc. If I was Kyomu, I'd would find the best natural bodybuilder around (make sure he's not lying), and ask his advice on supplements, diet and training. It's easy for a guy on GH, 1000's of mg a week of juice to say there's no such thing as overtraining. They don't have to worry about excessive cortisol production and lowered testosterone levels. Kyomu also likes to compete against drug users which also sets him up for disappointment. If it were me, I would try to be the best natural out there first, before I would go up against the juicers.

You know what you're speaking of. If you're natural or train without drugs, the last thing you want, it to train 3 hours a day...it's utterly pointless. Your test levels start to fall off, after 45 minutes of training.
If you wanted to gain more size, which you don't, you'd just change your diet, not train more. This thought process is very poor.
I'm sure Paco knows a lot, but in short, the guy is a heavy drug abuser with a huge mid section. What has this guy ever achieved on his own? I'd guess, not much...as with almost every pro bb out there. They all start juicing @17 and don't stop. That their thing, it's irrelevant to me, but how it is.

Realistically it's impossible to have visual gains from intensified training after only 2 weeks. Non-assisted protein synthesis is just too slow. What you might be seeing is the result of agitated muscle tissue; training 3 hours a day, 7 days a week mould cause swelling and irritation.

I train 5 days a week.
If its only swelling, i wouldnt feel myself that much energetic and powerful now.
Thats the interesting part. Thats why i made this thread.
But in my experience, the gain always happen in really short time. Not gradualy.

in the after picture you look less sharp than in the before pictures: hormonal changes, diet could have you holding more water. I wouldn't cry victory yet, see how it is in a months time.

i think you should always have something to strive for in improvements because its hard to stay motivated when you think theres nothing to gain anymore.

At some point the concept of "motivation/ being motivated" does'nt exist anymore, you just lift weights mechanically without a second thought. You don't think about "improving", but you think more about "maintaining" what you've built, and somehow this is a way to improve something that can barely be improved anymore.
I'm not saying kyomu should stop "improving", i'm saying he should just keep doing what he s doing without taking it too seriously, and enjoy what he's doing already, that's the point of lifting weights; enjoying lifting weights, not to strive for "results" you cannot even visualize. If you stop enjoying doing it for what it is and "strive for improvements" you're going to lose your motivation over the time.

Paco is a drug addict. Probably been so since he was 15 or 16. Every single drug combination he has thrown at his hideous body seriously changes just about everything he can and will do in terms of:
Training - length, volume and intensity
Diet - how fat he can get (and get back down reasonably easily) and how his body will synthesise protein.
His ability to rest and grow.
It is very easy to snort disdainfully and declare overtraining a myth when you are both genetically blessed and a habitual, longterm drug user.
He is possibly the worst human being alive to train a 38 year old natural.

that's not what i was saying, i tried to say that the way you understand "improving" changes over the years.
improvement may mean "i have to get this body part bigger or more chiseled" to you now, but maybe later you'll understand that just working on it whatever the results are, is a way to keep improving constantly, but without being mentally dependant of a "reward". The reward to me, is to be able to do it.
the results you obtain may vary and change, and if you base all your satisfaction on it, then your satisfaction will be subject to changes and variations. If you get your satisfaction from just doing it, then almost nothing can prevent you from being satisfied of being able to do it.

Training MUST change to ADAPT. In order to grow, we have to adapt. Muscle growth at it's simplest explanation is part of the "fight or flight" response we have. If we do not ADAPT (the weight we lift is too heavy) to the stimulus given to the muscle, we could possibly die- at least in our primitive days that is what our bodies think could possibly happen. The body doesn't know if we are in a Planet Muscle gym lifting on the bench press, or stuck under a rock trying to lift ourselves to freedom. When you ADAPT, you GROW.
The reason why HIT works after volume training? Because you're doing a different routine (less sets especially) that the body is not accustomed to. You're are working the muscle harder, in less time. With more intensity. On the flip side of the coin, when you return to higher volume because you have ADAPTED to a lower volume/higher intensity training scheme, your body must now ADAPT to that stimulus.
The only reason why Kyomu is growing now, is because his training with Paco is much different than what he has been doing in the past. Once his body gets used to it in a couple of training sessions (this is where peoples theories differ), he'll be back to thinking "my body doesn't respond to high volume training anymore. The program might not be so magical after all."
So then where does he go from there?

johnny me and you are both in agreement about how good certain fats are for building lean tissue and helping with HEALTH...but insulin is "the most anabolic hormone", and if he is eating carbs at every meal it more than makes up for a lack of fat in the diet.

insulin is storage all the time
his body is HOLDING/Storing straight up 1glucose or 2bodyfat all the time, number 1 is good 2 is not good, since his body isnt getting essential fats it will store the carbs as BODY FAT not INTRAMUSCULAR FAT(olive oil and good fats that make u look harder and feel stronger)
because his workouts are burning BODYFAT , but since his diet has no oils his insulin will change alot of carbs and protiens to BODYFAT not intramuscular fat

this is quite the beginner diet, a TYPICAL diet of a fat person trying to lose weight they think 'low fat'. and how many fat people do you see getting ripped off of a low fat diet?

ftas do influence the buildup of testosterone igf and gh... BUT... those hormones are actually inferior to insulin when it comes to growth properties.
i think best diet is a blend of fats and carbs spaced between protein/fat protein/carb meals..that way you can make your body synthesize testosterone at certain meals then capitilize off insulin at other meals.

I believed the overtraining so much. But Paco says that it doesnt exist and just you are always sub-alimented.
Almost 3 hours workout everyday with super high intensity with tons of clean foods lead... this gain in only two weeks(without gears).

and its all about bodyfat, and the PUMP and the right foods/combined with calories that give you the balance of looking pumped and keeping lean
keep striving though, but they way you are striving with a low fat diet you definitly will not see superior leans and growth combo
being big is nothing if you cant keep the fat off while being big
as soon as you gain an ounce of fat you know you are doing something terribly wrong ;D because when you gain fat, you want to lose it, and how do you lose it? reduction in calories or a new balance of nutrients. this is why a smart trainer should have abs year round, even people who have abs still have fat to lose to make there abs show alot more, you arent even in the beginning stages of having abs :'(

the only way to properly track muscle gayning or losing is to stay near competition weight (semi shredded)

Kyomu. I don't agree with you - if you're natural - being trained by somebody whose scope of knowledge is confined to genetic superman on drugs for decades and how their bodies react to cetain training protocols...However, you have every right to do things your way and how you choose.
If you feel you're growing and learning..and are enriched by pushing yourself to the limits of your genetic boundaries ,then good for you. I certainly don't think you deserve the kind of reception and negativity you're getting. I have no doubt that you will use it as motivation.

From my experience, muscle growth happens when some matter change. Can be nutrition, canbe training, can be mental attitude...etc.
And nothing to do with the years you train. Cus I saw drastical change in a couple of masters competitors.
My body also changed alot in 5 years ago suddenly in short term.

Ok. I explain my life.
I am married for 8years. But 3 years ago, my wifes mental problem grew and couldnt stay with me anymore and she start to go to doctor. Her family thought that it was my fault and that was very hard for me. I even tryed to commit suicide.But still maintaing my company. That was really hard part of my life.
But since i do Taoism, that recuperate my mental state gradualy. Now I fully recovered and i decide to try to live my life freely.
So now i have money and time now. I can dedicate what i want. And one of them is BBing. Thats it. ;)
ABout meditation, when you are an expert, its same as sleeping. So I do it from 12 of midnight to 3am. I wake up at 9:00
I was a club dancer when i was at around your age(26yrs old). That was fun too. But now i dont need it. Cus I really really partyed a lot!

i absolutely agree. black guys have brutally unfair advantage in this sport. BUT, that guys still trains and is not natural. and kyomu hasnt been on juuice since 93', so i think he looks damn good considering that he is basically a pure natural.

be prepared to see much better than my previous best
i learning that polyunsaturated fats like pb are good for energy and must be burned off 2 calories per 1 rep
monounsaturates like olive oil , i dont really use that for energy or try to metabolize in a workout. i just know that 3/4th cup to 1 cup (when my activity is a little more) is the best amount, still very high calories
the pb and polys is what you DONT want to base a diet off of, polys cause inflamation wich is not good if over done but IS good if you are low and need energy bad to workout . a tad bit of honey added is perfecto. i like doing 1/2 cup of pb at a time with some honey thats about 700 calories, i simply eat half then do 150 squats wich equals 300 calories or so, then eat the other half later and do another 150-200 reps or go play basketball. pb is GREAT if you need explosive quick energy for lifting weights or playing ball, if you dont have enough polys in the system you get sluggish and cant explode as well
the monos are the kind of energy that i call slow pace energy, like if i need something on the stomach if im just chilling out or just working
lastly monos are essential for JOINTS issues or any pains, wich is ALL inflamations! and its essential for fatloss
im only getting 6 eggs a day and only about 20 or so grams of protien from the pb. so only about 60 grams of protien with no real loss in power. i guess with the shitload of mono fats , it is saving the protien, thus protien isnt getting converted , its doin its job as a protien, saved by the monos
also fruit /banans for energy 1 banan is 100 calories or so , so i simply burn half that with 50 reps of something, when i get tired of eating the bananas for energy/repetitions , ill do the pb and honey. great method , try it now !
