when i increase my weight to 175 lbs for example i look bigger and much better with my clothes on, and my arms and shoulders still look cut but i lose my 6 pack and my back definition so i have taken the decision not to go over 170 lbs again!!.. i dont care now how much i lift like before, i just want to keep an ok shape..

when i increase my weight to 175 lbs for example i look bigger and much better with my clothes on, and my arms and shoulders still look cut but i lose my 6 pack and my back definition so i have taken the decision not to go over 170 lbs again!!.. i dont care now how much i lift like before, i just want to keep an ok shape..

the whole "challenging you" thing was a joke to make fun of you for challenging nasser just to let you know your real size.. also put in mind if you accepted my so called challenge i would take a much better quality pics and i would do a diet for 4-5 days which is enough to make my abs look perfect beside your big belly :P

That's a long story. But I am down in weight and size compared to my peak 2 years ago. My arms are now around 17" something while they used to be 19 and a little inches back then. There are pics of me here from that time and the difference is quite obvious.

no idiot i am not bald at all, sure my hair now is much thinner than it was few years ago so when it's short under good lighting it appears with spaces but in normal lighting in appears ok.. here is me under normal lighting in last april, as you see i was training lightly so my body was weaker :-X..

i have started to train my whole legs (upper legs + calves) seriously only since last april or so after many years of training them lightly or not training them at all.. my upper legs have noticeably improved in size and shape and of course in strenght although it was always a genetically stubborn part, my calves too have improved but not as noticeably because they are my genetically worest part.. i am just more patient with it and will never lose the hope ;)!!..

believe it or not most of my friends who train are much bigger than me and there are guys in our gym who make you look like their son.. we have a young man who when he was 19 dadlifted 330 kg, this happened in front of my eyes.. again i know well my size and my level and not like some one who thinks he is better than pro. bb ::)

I think you didn't see the context in that shot. When I decided (well, bullied by Pandeamonium) to posts pics I wasn't going to do any muscle man poses (except in honor of the Falcon). I ain't no muscle man and I'd just look even sillier. And I didn't want to just stand there looking like a gay model. So I wanted to do a spoof on some of the top tier posters on this board. True Adonis is always debating religious issues hence the Bible spoof (and a side chest shot -- lol!)
Also, there is nothing contradictory between drug use of any kind and the Bible. I would venture to say that at least half of the American population over 40 is on some kind of drugs. And whether they are prescribe or not is not an issue. Legality and morality are two different things. Speeding may be illegal but it's not immoral. yes gronk said that my arm couldnt be 17 (as if 17 is something) and when i challenged him that each of us could post a pic. of his arm with a tape to prove his claimed size he answered that he didnt give a shit how big my arm was!!.. not only gronk there was another asshole who said if i posted a pic. with a tape and my arm was any thing close to 16' he would delete his account then when i accepted and asked him to make it a bet and confirmed that my arm was 17 or may be a little bigger he vanished like a bitch and i didnt hear from him again :-\..
