well... just wanted to share my results... i'm copying and pasting this from another board i put this on
well... i'm not done yet... it's been 12 weeks now and i think it's about time i tell you about what i've found out. the first 3 weeks, i was eating something like this
morning
50 grams of whey, 400 ml vetal milk (1% milk with extra protein, 4 grams per 100 ml), 10 tbsp oats, some honey
10 am
2 burgers (two white bread buns, 2 slices fat free cheese, 240 grams 90% lean ground beef)
train at 4:30 pm
6:30-7:00
250 grams chicken with green peppers, onions, soy sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 400 ml laban (drinkable butter milk with probiotics)... when i'm done with this, i'd eat some pasta or rice til i'm full.
after those 3 weeks, i took a week off cuz it was the eid holidays... no training and eating a lot of junk... then week 5 i started this

the way i calculated it... it's around 1700 calories and 180 grams of protein or so....
from week 5-8, i would cheat monday night with something like KFC and some cake or some pizza from dominos... and wednesday night, i'd start eating whatever i want in reasonable quantities til friday night. after week 8, i just cancelled the cheat meal on monday.
training was 20 sets per muscle, 50-60 seconds rest between sets, hit every muscle twice a week except for legs (cuz i'm lazy and i hate training them)... I started cardio at 20 minutes after my workout on week 5 or so, and 3 weeks ago i took it up to 40 minutes (15% incline, 3.2 mph)...
drugs... well... keep in mind i'm usually at 1500 mg... but this time, i took it down a notch...
weeks 1-3 dbol 70 mg 5 days per week
week 1-now 750 mg test
week 5- 2days ago 75 mg tren a (sat, mon, and wed only)... i usually miss an injection or two every week... very inconsistent.
today i started winny at 50 mg planning on 5 days on 2 off for 4 weeks
fat burners = a lot
training usually lasts 100-120 minutes from sat til wed and i take thu and fri off.... well... here are the pics
left-->start = 84.5 kg, 36 inch waist
center --> 5 weeks later at 90.5 kg, 34.5 inch waist
right--> 91 kg, 32 inch waist

I don't get what you mean by taking it down on the drugs though. Your still at 1300 mgs unless I'm reading it wrong, and more if you are adding the winny on top of the tren instead of replacing it.

Hell yes!!!! I love it when someone destroys all the myths about having to eat shit loads of food and protein AND over training. Other than the fat burners this is what I have done with a ton of the guys I have trained and it works everytime. It's just a matter of slight adjustments to your calories and obviously supps. Props to Buselmo. :)

well i have said it a thousand times.. everytime i try and get my protein up to 250 grams a day and eat 5-6 meals i get the shits and also get fatter.. when i eat three big meals a day and a shake i do well.. sometime only two meals and two shakes.. i think guys like kai and a few others that can consume lotys of food and not get fat and are able to digest it are at a big advantage.. but they are not the norm..

food for thought- even though you had not used GH to make this progress, do you believe that someone who has never used it before could make the kind of gains you are seeing?
i think a lot of guys who have used GH long enough can go off for periods and still experience tremendous growth.

OK, I see I misread on the juice dosages so yeah, that is pretty reasonable. As for the clen, and ephedrine.....HOLY FUCKING SHIT! is all I can say.
I think back to when I used to get spiropent years ago. They were 20mcg pills in 10 pack foil strips. Noone would have ever thought back then to be crazy enough to take more than 1 1/2 strips per day.....and then to stack 5 ephedrine pills on top of it??? Jeezus dude, you should keep a defibrilator with how to use instructions in a backpack with you at all times. I'd type LOL, but I am seriously scared for you. Just cause you have a "very high tolerance" for those things as far as jitters and shit goes, DOES NOT MEAN that you aren't doing some serious damage to your heart dude.

Can you kind of summarize your main point? Is the idea that working out longer and keeping diet very simple is best?

Ok, so what you're telling me is, that increasing anabolic drug amount will improve nutrient partitioning and lower food intake will increase feed/digestion efficiency by ways of not slowing down the entire digestive system will ungodly amounts of pointless excess protein, carbs, fiber, and fats?
Because I've got a 3 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of rice with 6tbsp of olive oil, 16oz of chicken, and a 75g whey shake here that's about to be my "meal 3", and I just want to grow man...

yeah... jsut to make it clear... i've been off of everything (drugs, training, diet) and eating junk for 4.5 months in the before pics. but i usually do that every year (take 2-3 months off of everything) and it takes me about 5 months to get to contest shape with 1500 mg gear, GH, slin, fat burners, and 6 meals per day with only 1 cheat day. this time around, i'm getting much faster results while starting out fatter (last time i was as fat as the before pics was around 6 years ago), no GH, and only 3 meals a day with less than 1 gr per lb of protein...

I competed natural once in 2005 before i started gearing up... I'm not too keen on looking like an ethiopian refugee.

I use very moderate weights... incline db presses with 70 lb dumbbells... 185 lb flat bench press... 135 lb squats... 135 lb barbell rows...
last week i wanted to see where my strength was... and i inclined pressed 115 lb dumbbells (that's as high as the ones in the gym will go) for 15 reps (well, 14.5 :)) ... 6 reps of 455 lb squats (was a bad idea, hurt my knee), close grip bench with 275 lbs for 14 reps...
i'm stronger than i used to be when i prepared for contests...

thanks for your concern bro... really appreciate it... but trust me, when you become honest about your own use and tell others what you do, you'll get the "yeah... that's kinda like what i do when i prep, but i use a little more T3"... otherwise, if you ask... no one ever went above 120 mcg clen and 100 mcg T3.
i have to admit... the first couple of days you increase the dose, the sides are horrible... 3-4 days after that, it's like you're taking nothing. atleast for me that is...
and you have to remember that i just started that dose and will be there for 3.5 more weeks then bring it down to minute amount... started off with 50 mcg T3 and 80 mcg clen with no ephedrine and went up from there.

yup... I don't stuff myself silly though... I eat til i'm about 1/2-3/4 full of whatever i want... then i wait 3 or 4 hours and eat again cuz i'm starving :) ... and so on.

in previous preps i ate 6 meals... from the moment i started in late october/early november, i was only eating 3 meals a day...
I used to eat 250+ grams of protein back then... now, at 180 grams, i feel like my stomach is smaller and i don't feel bloated at all. when i used to eat 6 meals, at this condition, my waist used to be around 33.5 inches... now it's 32... at the same weight. I feel and look much better on less than 200 grams.

Also, do you reccommend deca for cutting...along with a good diet of course...if i recall correctly you said something like using 1 grm of deca and 250mg test is better than 1g of test and 400mg deca. for "quality" in the physique.

You say that you use moderate weights, but for someone your size, these are infact very light weights. Do you feel that you would have better results if you trained heavier with more intensity? I mean your squats and bb rows must feel as light as a feather? I was just curious because u mentioned that you're a lazy trainer?

I have trained with heavy weights for around 4 years, and this is the only time i've used moderate (light) weights...
I do admit that i probably get 10% better results with heavy weights to failure and very low volume with high frequency (train each muscle twice a week, 3 sets per muscle to failure), but i've developed so many aches and pains from that shit it's not even funny... my neck hurts all the time, knees hurt, right shoulder got fucked real bad a couple of years and i was forced to bring down the weights... but at my strongest my weights were
decline bench: 365 lbs for 8 reps or so
barbell rows: 315 lbs for 6 or so reps
squats: 495 lbs (just a bit above parallel) for 6 reps
shit like that.
training with lighter weights has been a blessing on my joints and neck :)
not a fair comparison since i just finished up a couple of contests then went on a shit ton of GH, slin, 1.5 g test, and around 150 mg anadrol a day... but here's a pic a year and a half ago of how i looked like training low volume... GH was at 16 iu eod for 4 weeks or so, and slin was at 30-45 iu with the GH days

decline bench: 365 lbs for 8 reps or so
barbell rows: 315 lbs for 6 or so reps
squats: 495 lbs (just a bit above parallel) for 6 reps
shit like that.
training with lighter weights has been a blessing on my joints and neck :)
not a fair comparison since i just finished up a couple of contests then went on a shit ton of GH, slin, 1.5 g test, and around 150 mg anadrol a day... but here's a pic a year and a half ago of how i looked like training low volume... GH was at 16 iu eod for 4 weeks or so, and slin was at 30-45 iu with the GH days

yeah dude. you know ace is my favourite, but the npp is something else. its giving me a lot of the same sides of tren- the nervous energy you get around week 3 when your running tren, when you go in the gym and can just bang out set after set and not get tired? the bad side is the insomnia. psychologically theres no short fuse like with tren, and physically the hardness of the muscle isnt there like with tren, but its taking on a more full, rounder look which i much prefer anyway. like tren theres no water issues to worry about either. feel amazing. great compound. they both share a lot of the same attributes, but give a totally different look.

nah... trust me bro, it was because i was loaded on the juice. as i said before, i spent 4 years training as heavy as possible... I usually go really high on the anabolics, GH and slin right before I go on vacation (4-6 weeks)... I usually come off of everything for 2-3 months after the vacation, so i just make sure i'm cleaning house before i leave ;D ... that's when i usually see the gains. training and diet don't change... strength is usually the same... but weight starts shooting up and so does size.
the reason i had all those injuries was becuase i tried forcing myself to get strong... you don't force yourself to get stronger, you naturally get stronger with more gear...
and i don't jump immediately on working sets... let's say i'll do a 315 lbs bench...
warm up sets will be like this
20 reps on an empty bar
15 reps with 95 lbs
10 reps with 135 lbs
7 reps with 185 lbs
5 reps with 225 lbs
3 reps with 275 lbs
then i start my working sets to failure
and so on for each exercise... i stretch after i'm done with a muscle...
again, when you train the same way for 4 years, and you diet almost the same way... and you only see changes when you increase or decrease the gear... you know it's the gear.
also, over 10 iu of GH eod, or ed with a lot of slin for 4-6 weeks does wonders.... WONDERS!!! expensive as fuck (i only get my hands on some HG growth... never buy that chinese crap).
look... here's a pic at my heaviest... 220 lbs... i got to my heaviest because i spent 4 weeks on 2 grams of test and 100 mg dbol 5 days per week... I could've gotten stronger if i wanted, but i didn't change my weights... arms were very close to 19 inches here (usually they're between 17.75 and 18)... training low volume, but not increasing weights... if i did, i probably would've gotten injured big time. you grow from gear, not weights (well, you know what i mean ;))

Buselmo when you did the 10IU GHona and the shit load of insulinona did you find the gains were maintainable after? i know you go on vacation after that but if you kept up the training and eating and stayed on lower dose Gh and anabolics do you think it could be maintained?

something about the GH + slin that gives you the same water retention as dbol... you know, the good kind of the retention, where there's not much under the skin, and it's all in the muscle... but you take the dbol effect, multiply it by 3, and you get the GH+slin effect.
after you go off of it, it starts fading... little by little... til it's gone. nothing called maintainable gains after coming off. whoever says that (you know, the whole "i only lose a lb or 2 after coming off... and i don't gain any fat") is probably the same person who has a 40" waist and goes around telling people he has a six pack cuz when he flexes his abs and pokes his finger through 8 inches of fat, he can feel something hard. :-\

BUSELMO IS THE MAN.. love teh guy.. and i love his honesty.. as for the mention that you get stronger from the gear not the weights is true.. what i mean is that you see pros using the same weights year after year but yet, the get bigger.. we also see some of them get injuried and tearing muscles when they try and force the strength when on cycle.. i injuried my elbow which has put me out for three months now because of rapid strength gains that i tooka advantage of and paid the price.. training lighter with shorter rest periods and keeping the intensity high by really tensing and slowly lowering the weights ect ect will give great gains and keep you injury free when on cycles.. as buselmo said, i have a bad neck, elbow, shoulders are shot, and knees from weights in the 5-7 range even though i trained very strict and warmed up properly.. i am over 40 years old and trust me young guns, it will catch ya.. train smarter.. ;)

Yes i agree it can be an advantage not to be able to read boards and be a bit retarded, too many guys on forums talking about PCT,Deca dick ::), time off vs time on, genetics etc when they should be in the gym trainingg hard and getting big.

you can grow by increasing gear, but like you said, its completely dependant on the gear and its completely unmaintanable without the gear.. and all that gear only takes you so far.. you want to get bigger on the same doseage? you need to get stronger. you want to keep muscle when you come off? you gotta keep the weights as heavy as possible. you wont get injured by training heavy and getting stronger, if you do you either dont warm up properly, dont use proper form, or you completely mind fucked yourself into thought-creation (negative thoughts are self fulfilling prophecies)

thats good advice on carb intake, it makes sense to slowly sip on carbs throughout the active life of the slin, if your using log or R.
you should try out lantus, especially if your using GH. its better than short and medium insulin(both of which i found to be completely useless)

but whenever i use tren, masteron, EQ, dbol, anadrol... i get MUCH better results... even if just a little... in a couple of weeks i'll be on some tren E, masteron, test, and dbol... (just got some stuff for free :D)... i'll bump this thread with pics of the results before i use the stuff and after.

they changed the date of the show I was dieting for, they put in july 2 instead of june 11.... fuck my life 3 more weeks of dieting :O

I agree about the insulin. I feel the hypo episodes many experience is due to slamming a ton of liquid carbs when you do the injection. I think probably due to a huge endogenous release of insulin... then comes the Humalog or R on top of that. Sipping a carb solution slowly is better and you get away with *much* less total carbs.

I agree about the insulin. I feel the hypo episodes many experience is due to slamming a ton of liquid carbs when you do the injection. I think probably due to a huge endogenous release of insulin... then comes the Humalog or R on top of that. Sipping a carb solution slowly is better and you get away with *much* less total carbs.

I eat pickles and celerie sticks troughout the day if I am hungry (usually in the afternoon or before going to sleep when I watch a movie and my girlfriends eat chips or popcorn it makes me hungry)

imo, id add in a shit ton of fiberous carbs in your diet- like broccoli and spinach, and cut back on the sugary and starchy carbs to half, keep lean red meat to one meal, use almonds for your fat source. you need a fat in your last meal- maybe 10 egg whites/ 3 omega 3 whole eggs as last meal. get rid of the sugary carb post workout and switch to a waxy maize maybe.
as for your slin, id go 7iu pre/7 iu post workout of LOG. sip on a bcaa/waxy maize/glutamine concoction while you train. dont follow the 1iu insulin/10 grams of carb rule- you'll get fat. find out what works best for you and what your body needs. i could get away with 5-7 gram carb per iu when i was using it. keep glucose tabs handy in case you start to go low. take them the minute you feel it. this will prevent you from going to low (sweating/shaking) and ripping all the doors of your cupboards, and eating 2000 cals in sugar and junk.

What about...I don't know, dropping the slin altogether and just upping the AAS and GH? Sounds simpler, albeit more expensive.

I have never had this much energy in a diet. then again I failed to take into considerationg your using insulin too. why are you using insulin during your prep- your show is in July. your pseudo dieting. not dieting to get lean, not dieting to get big- just dieting. set certain week out point and start your prep from there and go by the book. until then I'd just up the boost, up the cals without getting too sloppy and grow and forget about dieting until that point.

unlike you im always dieting. i get to a point where im too sloppy and i'll be like 'ok- im going to get back into shape' end up half assing my way thru the year, not making any gains, not getting into the condition i want. in december finally got fed up enough i started a pre contest diet. no more fucking around. lol god its so frustrating- i was always dieting, but never getting anywhere.

ok for example bulsemo, here is my current diet (not a lot of food but I eat whatever I want 1 day a week for 3-4 meals)
where would you insert the slin if you were to take some ?
7h30 am: 16 egg whites
10h30 am: 60gr proteins
1h00 pm: 300 gr lean ground beef
5h00pm: 4 slices of ezekiel bread with 200gr lean ground beef
(training)
Post-workout: 60 grams protein with a carbo (100gr carbs)
11h pm : 2 cans of tuna
if the diet is working for you, you're losing fat, not losing muscle... then don't listen to anyone and stay on that...
are you using GH on not?
if not, don't use the slin with that little carbs UNLESS you want to fill out a bit (not grow)... but that can be done in the couple of days before a contest (do test runs... i'll tell you how i do it later, and you can see if it makes sense or not)....
let me be honest again... slin at less than 30 iu ed, or eod will add nothing to mass... just fullness.... 10 iu pre workout with the carbs you eat is fine... just keep a sugary drink with you (redbull is fine... don't be fooled about it's simple sugar and refined or whatever... you're in a workout, you'll burn it up quick) and just subtract whatever you drink during your workout from the total grams of carbs in your post workout drink.
whoever tells you 10 iu pre workout is dangerous really doesn't know what he's talking about... unless you are starving, go workout, take your slin 1 hour before... workout for 2 hours, then take a 1 hour drive home without eating anything... ok, then it's dangerous...

If I use it it will be only for fullness, maybe some masse gain but I need to know how I look at 198 first.
if I get to 198 and still have fat in my back (wich I suspect) and my skin isn't thin enough, I'll continu to drop even if it is to be 190.
now, if I get to 190, I might use slin at high dose for 3-4 weeks to get to a good lucking 198.
that way I'll enter the light-heavy without cutting water drastically or "carbing up" and I'll be as full and ripped as I can be

training was 20 sets per muscle, 50-60 seconds rest between sets, hit every muscle twice a week except for legs (cuz i'm lazy and i hate training them)... I started cardio at 20 minutes after my workout on week 5 or so, and 3 weeks ago i took it up to 40 minutes (15% incline, 3.2 mph)...
drugs... well... keep in mind i'm usually at 1500 mg... but this time, i took it down a notch...
weeks 1-3 dbol 70 mg 5 days per week
week 1-now 750 mg test
week 5- 2days ago 75 mg tren a (sat, mon, and wed only)... i usually miss an injection or two every week... very inconsistent.
today i started winny at 50 mg planning on 5 days on 2 off for 4 weeks

I kinda did something similar when i was natural back in 2005 (after about 3.5 years of training) and was on very low cals (if i remember correctly, it was around 1500 cals... but i was taking in around 200 grams of protein)... training high volume, and i was at my limit weighing 75 kg after water depletion... did around 2 hours of cardio too... started at a very fat 90 kg (38 inch waist) and it took me around 8 months to get down to 75 kg.
being natural... i just look skinny with shoulder width close to waist size

i lost a lot of strength losing that weight... at 90 kg i would do 275 lbs on bench... at 75 kg, i was down to 225 lbs for less reps.
but i have to be honest, i wasn't TOTALY natural... when i was 85 kg, i started 20 mg M1T for 4 weeks that took me up to 90 kg... held my weight there for a couple of weeks then dieted for 7 months and got down to 76 kg... i had 4 weeks left to the contest and decided to try superdrol for a hardening effect... took it for one week and my weight shot up to 78 kg so i stopped immediately cuz i was afraid i wouldn't make the weight class.

If i remember correctly, it was anabolic Xtreme. i don't know about the shit available today. last time i used prosteroids was back in 2006.
but one thing is for sure... i got the best results ever from M1T... that shit aint a pro steroid... it's the strongest anabolic known to fucking man!
superdrol was good. mg for mg, stronger than dbol... definately more toxic... not much water retention.

weeks 1-3 dbol 70 mg 5 days per week
week 1-now 750 mg test
week 5- 2days ago 75 mg tren a (sat, mon, and wed only)... i usually miss an injection or two every week... very inconsistent.
today i started winny at 50 mg planning on 5 days on 2 off for 4 weeks
fat burners = a lot
training usually lasts 100-120 minutes from sat til wed and i take thu and fri off.... well... here are the pics
left-->start = 84.5 kg, 36 inch waist
center --> 5 weeks later at 90.5 kg, 34.5 inch waist
right--> 91 kg, 32 inch waist

Buselmo is a great guy always brings the truth to the table! He does it on Promuscle, though I know some of the "trainers" there hate him for it, BigA the owner is very proud! Yes if you ever go on that board and want to fit in, you have to remember a few things. The biggest guys on Promuscle use the smallest amounts of gear, anyone trained by D.C. never goes above a gram, and most his pro client (though he says he has never trained anyone in years) are on HRT doses. If you are under 200lbs on that board, you are using 1-2 grms a week of test and 40IU's of slin, you are making up for your horrible genetics. Food is the choice of anabolic for everyone you see near a pro physique, yes they have 75 plus steroid sponsors but that's only because the little guys need them to break 180lbs on the scale and that's carbed up to the max and a pocket full of coins.
Buselmo brings a little GH15 there once in a while and shuts people up. He's been trained with the "in the know" people on that board, so they won't ever refute what he says because they know he can point more than one finger back at them.

much faster fat burning with GHona
you calculated it wrong... first 3 weeks was 750 test + 70 mg dbol for 5 days per week = 1100 total
then after that... 750 test + 225 tren per week (i miss a lot of injections so it's a lot less than that, but let's say i didn't miss any) = 975 mg
and now... 750 test + 250 winny = 1000 mg....
and the fat burners... well... ok :)
right now im up to 180 mcg T3, 320 mcg clen, and 120 mg ephedrine 5 days a week.... it's a lot, but i have a VERY high tolerance for dem shits.
the problem is that it doesnt work like that..you cant add different substances mg for mg to add up the total.
what you need to do is determine the equivalent test required to get the same results of another drug. so if you are getting similar results to 750mg test with 70mg dbol per day then the equiv is 750mg.
its not 70mg x 5 = 350mg.
thats like saying that since 2 micrograms of an opiate based pain killer is equivalent to 750mg of paracetamol then if u took 500mg of paracetamol and the 2 micrograms of the opiate then your total dose is 500.2mg.
in reality your total equivalent paracetamol dose is 1250mg because the opiate has the same effect as 750mg.
its amazing how many people get this wrong and try to compare any drug by dosages.

But there's no real evidence that any steroid is significantly stronger or weaker than any other steroid, mg for mg. Sure, tren is better than most. Test deca dbol Anadrol equipoise anavar all seem to work good for most people. Proviron pretty much sucks. But there's absolutely no definitive way to say x amount of test equals x amount of tren... Or any other two drugs. Most of the time X mg's = X mg's. People say anavar isn't very strong but Anadrol is. But usually people take 20-40mg anavar and 50-100mg drol. Take 100mg anavar and compare. They gains are as good if not better.

guys, i do have to say that BIG A has repeatedly taken to task those who say that low dose is enough to win bigger shows.. he has pointed out what he took and it was very measurable.. so to his credit he did call out many on there.. the title was "I AM SO SICK OF THIS.." or something to that nature.. it is still up and taking major thread posts..
but many do truly believe that there is no need for high dosages.. they are entitled to their opinion andi have no issue with it as long as they "truly" believe it.. now i have always said and continue to believe that the vast majority of people lie about their dosages.. i have said it for years.. and i stand by that.. they always under shoot so that the gear does not get all the credit.. just the way human nature is for many..
as for dante.. i have talked to him numerous times.. whether ya believe it or not he is a good guy.. he does believe that one can maintain much of their muscle mass on very low dosages.. not all.. but much.. and i can say that a few times i went down to 300 mgs of test and was able to maintain quite a bit of what i built.. did i lose some? sure.. and no, i would not recommend that a person trying to gain stay on that low dose for very long periods but, if ya look at dantes posts he never said that one would gain but would maintain at the low doses.. he was looking at it from a health stand point for those who wanted to come off the higher dosages..
and yes i am one of the mods that recommends lower dosages.. not because i believe that low dosages is "where its at".. but because i dont want guys getting sick, or hurt in the process.. and i stand behind that.. plus i am a puss when it comes to high dosages.. i just dont feel right.. i am not blessed in that regard.. bp goes ape.. feel sluggish ect.. but i am fine with that.. i will continue to use low dose and just be happy where i am..

Without drugs there is no bb, no further gains, no nothing. Without them the logbook doesn't matter, the diet doesn't matter, the overfeeding doesn't matter (and is detrimental). That dude b-boy is always saying how drugs aren't really that important, that it's all about the logbook... then how come he didn't gain any size the last three years? We know the answer: drug intake hasn't increased enough.
Many are ashamed of using drugs after mama and papa said they were bad, after society indoctrinated them into believing using needles is the most disgusting and low behavior possible. So that's where we are.

but... let's take last week for example... just on thursday, i woke up and went to the gym... came back home and ate about 8 slices of french toast with syrup and nutella and some milk... a couple of hours later i finished a box of coco pops... then 2 or 3 hours later i ate about 20 reese's peanut butter cups (they were on sale in 4 packs, and i bought 8 :p) ... then i went to a place called kudu and got a steak sandwich with fries... then a friend brought a cake and i ate half of it...
the thursday before that i ate a chocolate bar and a steak sandwich...
so it varies :)

I get small, skinny and fat :P
when i'm off the gear, i just lose the motivation to train or eat anything "healthy"... I go to the gym 3 or 4 times and then something in my head says "what's the use?"... so i stop all together. I used to always go off on my vacation time... and always take my vacation 2 weeks before ramadhan... so i'm off for a good 6-10 weeks... that's back when i was on almost year round. during that off period, i'd barely train, and no fucking way i'm watching what i eat. it's fucking ramadhan! ramadhan = food!
but this year... i'm keeping cals very low when i'm off... i don't want to get as fat as i was in late october. i'd rather be skinny and around 10% fat instead of small and 20%.
so probably 100 grams of protein, 200 grams of carbs, and 50-60 grams of fat this time and I won't stop training (probably just 3 days of cardio and 3 days of light weight training)

Exactly!!! Also you can say he hasn't gained any size in the past 5 years! 5 years ago he competed at 191lbs, his last national competition was at 198lbs! Remember how he said he had about 10 more pounds of fat to lose in that show? Which means in reality he should have competed closer to 190lbs. Maybe he's regressing?? Emeric is the funniest guy there. Doesn't matter who is asking questions, what their stats and goals are, he will recommend things like 30mg of test 3 times per week max.
Or someone asking about GH, then Emeric comes in saying "you don't need GH". Again, doesn't matter if guy is a competitor or whatever.

Also, if everyone took the "vets" advice there there would be no professionalmuscle. Who is in "need" (in their view) of hormones on that board? Maybe b-boy and a couple of others. But since they only use a couple of cc's of test and can't afford GH and often say they have prescriptions this would in no way support the dozens of sponsors there. :D
It's a business after all. And not a business of selling to top amateurs and pros ordering 1 bottle of test every 6 months. :D

I looked back in that guys post and four years ago he had posted a pic where he was 150lbs... hahahahah.... in the end... it's a fucking business... you do whatever you can to sell.
and bodybuilders are the perfect target. you tell them "I have a secret way to eat and train and you can get 10 times the gains with less gear and you just have to train in a super secret way and eat super secret food"... then get a couple of clients saying "yup, he trained me and that's what happened" because that client doesn't want to disclose anything about gear be it for legal reasons, insecurity, or embarrassment of having to use 5x more gear to gain 5 lbs... and you get a perfect recipe for a business.
I can understand of a national competitor would say "I don't want to talk about gear" or "I only use cell tech" while saying it sarcastically so that he doesn't get famous on the boards and says he uses 3-4 grams of gear with 10 iu of gh and when judges read about it in the forums and see him on stage, they won't let him win cause he's ... again... bad for business and proves that it's all drugs...
but what i can't understand is national competitors saying they use 500 test and 400 eq on forums... meaning, they don't care about legal consequences, they don't care what judges will say.... but are just plain lying to look like they're an anomaly.
one thing they should understand... being truthful makes you earn respect no matter what... unless you're an idiot. like, 3 grams of gear and you still don't know how to train (in any style or any way) and you don't know what kind of food your body responds best to, and you weigh 180 lbs at 5'10... that's different... that's not bad genetics... that's just being retarded.
i know this last part because one of my friends confronted me once about his gear usage... he didn't even look like he went to the gym... just looked like a fat kid... he was on 750 test, 50 mg winny daily for 12 weeks, and 300 mg deca... I sat down with him and told him to go to the gym with me to learn how to train, tried different diets with him... a year later, he gained a shit ton of muscle and is now one of the big boys in the gym. he responds badly to test (no results whatsoever), but grows like a fucking weed on EQ... weird, but you have to find out which anabolic works best for you and build on that.
but again... i understand people who lie for a legit reason like i mentioned about... but fuck people who lie just to look good >:(

i agree completely also buselmo.. i take the easier way out every time.. for most it is just human nature..lol.. and as i stated, i think the vast majority do fib a bit in regards to gear and that is why BIG A to his credit came out with that post.. he could not take it anymore.. one shoudl gain all they can off low dosages.. it makes me sick to see someone who has trained for a year on a gram of test.. but that is just me.. get some experience behind ya before ya venture into that deep a water.. now grams are the norm.. i dont begrudge anyone for it at all.. just not for me..

And Lats you are also my favorite mod on that site, very humble, logical, and tell it like it is. And yes, I need to make it clear BigA has always said bodybuilding was mostly drugs and genetics, even when he was a competitor himself, before he retired!

his whole 'im better than the rest of the board' schtick shows him to be a cocky, conceited asshole.
and the best part is he has nothing to be conceited about- he's washed out of the last two shows he's entered. he's his own biggest fan.

i probably hover right around 150-200 grams of protein as well.....and maybe 250 or so on the carbs....much like mentzer back in the late 70s.....i need carbs or i am shot.....no energy to do anything.....i grow better with this system of dieting.....although i need to watch my cals....or else i will get portly in a hurry.....but i certainly do not eat real clean.
pancakes.....peanut butter and jelly....cottage cheese.....steak sandwiches......not a real bad diet.....but not straight chicken breasts and rice......i eat with a little more flexibility than most.
