I know its the #3453243 thread about "what did you eat today" but i find it pretty interesting to see what you beasts are eating on a daily basis.

I had some oatmeal cheese and eggs for breakfast. I'm now having a PBJ and some broccoli.

Breakfast i had 100 oats and 10 eggwhites
A cup of coffee
Before training i had some brown rice with chicken breast burgers made by me.
After the workout i had 100grms oats and eggwhites.
A cup of coffee.
1 large pizza Pizza.
2 small cakes
in a few hours im going to sleep.

Lunch
Chicken fajita wrap and MRP drink
Mid afternoon snack
200g chicken with basmati rice
In a moment
200g fish (no carbs)

Blend it all, out the door in 5 minutes. Get up and go kinda day.

I just eat what I want, when I want. Try to keep it healthy and balanced. Roughly follow the food pyramid, get my fruits and veggies.

It's a joke mezo ma man, well sort of ;) Arthur Jones (the eccentric creator of Nautilus) was known to exist on only scrambled eggs, coffee, and cigarettes for long streches at a time (basically when he wanted to get leaner) and it sure as hell worked for him. In fact, it was what I will basically do in my quest to hit sub-7, sans the cigarettes ;D I'll eat ultra lo cals for 3 or 4 days, and then follow with a day or 2 of normal cals. A cycle diet a la Lyle McDonald and before him the basic Cybergenics diet protocol. Cycle diets work, and they work fast 8)

well not sure, official results won't be up till tommorow but I wasn't doing it to win anything, finishing is all I care about. I did the early start (we start half hour before the rest of the runners). About mile 5 and half the mens lead runner past me like I was standing still LOL. Rumor has it he finished in 2 hour 34 minutes. 26.2 miles in 2 and half hours, fucking nuts. Weather was fucking brutal. Snow, sleet, rain in 25mph winds is NOT fun lol. Hit my wall around mile 18. But I finished the same time as the 1st marathon I did. So considering I had on almost 4 more pounds of clothes and weather conditions, I'm pretty pleased

I Commend you just for going through this shit did you have a facial mask on? Seriously determination seems as a strong point for you but why is this just from being heavier in the past what is the motivation at this point you seem in good shape at this time so question why do you keep pushing the limit?

thanks Mr. Yes I had a facial ski mask thingy on. My motivation comes from within. It's hard to explain but I'll try. Only 1 percent of amercians can say they have finished a marathon. I actually do enjoy the running for the most part, it's the after and the next day that are horrific lol. It's such an amazing feeling when you cross that finish line, it's hard to describe actually makes me a tad weepish and speechless (no comment from calvin, showstoppa, aww hell from most of ya). I like to push myself.

you grow lean from eating anything you wish while abusing the flyign day light out of gh and steroid ,, thats what we call the 10-15% lean growth whichis the groink fella level of growth
you grow LEANNNNN as in bodybuild lean aka under 10% from ...all together now
eating all you want while knowing how to cycle your testosterona and integrating duretics into the life routine so you can see th e6 pack gettign very defined and deep from the lines you are used to see when 10-12%
thats it ,,there you have in very short explanation the life of bodybuildr,,ofcourse eating what you want doesnt = drinking oil all day long or siting in mcdonald 5 times a day,,btu it mean eat out in restaurant as much as wanted while keeping some kind of high protien and knowong your body with carb intake
for prepppppppp down to 4% from 6%.....thats when we clean the diet completely ,,but even then!! it is done in 4 weeks notice,,it is done in 4-6 week max because we are aBODYBUILD we dont like losing muscle,,and anything with clean diet make you lose muscle no matter what joe coachie tell you or little richard tell you ,,so the time period from 6 to 4 is also about 6 to 4 weeks.,...and it basically very limited in diet and very very very much on all anabolic you can have in body

Seriously congrats a tough lady you are. I have never even started a marathon if I did I would get a ride to around 1 mile out then run to the finish and cut the blue ribbon then have drinks with Calvin and showstoppa. ;D

Ok, it is true that it becomes a bit harder to lose bodyfat once one is relatively lean, ie. sitting at around 8%, but... IT IS POSSIBLE TO LOSE 2% OF FAT PER WEEK when one is sitting at around 10% to 20% bodyfat FACT

Trying to lean out so I don't have too bloofy a summer. But yesterday was my cheat day:
AM- Philly omellette with 3 eggs, shaved steak, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. Home fried potatoes. Large banana & chocolate chip pancake.
Snack- Chobani yogurt
Snack- peanut butter, fluff and banana sandwich.
PM- 8-10 oz glazed ham, veggie lasagna, homemade mac n cheese, salad, cupcake.
Snack- yogurt and fruit (pineapple, melon, strawberry).
Today-
AM- 1 omega egg w 1/2 carton egg whites (40g protein?), 4 slices turkey, 1/2 cup oatmeal with low sugar syrup.
Coffee, water
Snack- 25g whey with other half carton egg whites, 1/2 tsp honey
Lunch- Chicken, rice & salad
Snack- Plain chobani yogurt
Train- gatorade and Monster lo carb
After training 2 eggs, 8 oz steak, rice
Dinner- Chicken cooked in olive oil, salad
Night- shake with egg whites & 1% milk.

I felt like shit this morning, but full as fuck and up 6lbs from fri, so it worked.

it doesnt mater what you eat friends,,get it in your head,,if not try to be 4% and want to be 6-7%....you can practicaly eat anything you like within the ratios,,for example this can be your diet for the typical americano,,
wake up all carton egg whotes,,2-3 bars of fruit and grain ,,2 bananase,,2-4 small pine apple juice,,maybe even some cube of godive chokolatos
meal 2...some sushi of choice
meal 3...either one morre eggwhote carton the all damn thing and some more bananes/bar or some sub

Ive only had 2 meals today.
Meal 1 was 7 hard boiled eggs and a couple pieces of bread with PB.
Meal 2 i just had a little bit ago which was frozen pizza bought from Jewel.
During the week i eat about 3 to 4 meals a day, weekends maybe 2-3. Sat/sun are my off days. Sometimes ill do cardio/abs on those days.

Today i had a small microwaved pan pizza with a couple of spoons of cottage cheese for breakfast. Then I ate one cheeseburger from BK and one full length sandwich from Subways. Extra mayo I said to the cashier. Between meals I fitted one small gainer drink and then brought home dinner from McDonalds, a bag containing one cheeseburger, one bigmac, a large french fries dipped in ketchup of course. Finished it off with my late night snack, spagetthi and meat sauce leftover topped with one package of cheap noodles.

I'm a lifetime natural as well, and I pretty much eat whatever I want, as long as I don't over-eat (ie sitting at mcdonalds 5 times a day lol) and I'm currently sitting @ sub-8 ;D Although I will say that sugary sweets aren't a very wise food choice, at least in my case, but everything else is fair game (ie french fries, pizzas, cheeseburgers, etc). It's my experience that if you train nearly every single day, and train VERY HARD, then this causes bio-chemical changes within your body which basically gives you the "license to sin" (ie eat whatever you like) this has been my experience at least... Yeah but that 200lbs is on my 5'8 frame, naturally. So for me to stay looking good I need to eat incredibly clean with only 2 cheat meals a week.

Well suprise suprise...after few months I looked at myself in the mirror and HATED the way my face looked. Girls wouldnt give me a second look. Figured I could just bulk for 3 years on a shitload of drugs, diet down for 8 weeks and be a freak one day...lol. But the thing is that it NEVER works like that ever ever. Maybe in theory it does, but 9 out of 10 times guys end up dissapointed.(from what I have seen) If only it were that easy I would do it. I mean if someone said I have to walk around a fatass on tons of drugs bloated red for three years, to diet down and look like Kevin levrone I would do it of course :D but most guys end up loosing the muscle dieting down anyways. I lived the life of a permabulker and it is misrable existance. Nothing worse than woman knowing you as "the jacked guy with the butterface" from being fat bloated with chipmunk cheeks.

If I was not using insulin and on gh there is no way I would be eating this healthy but on anadrol and test and slin clean diet is MUST without gh! Also protein must be high with insulin use in order to do the magic.

Try eating cake or chocolate or Wendy's every day...no longer becomes special anymore. Food can be one of the most amazing things in life so you must use it wisely. Not to mention the health benenfits of homecooked food and vegetables. I get the best of both worlds..in moderation without hurting my health. Not to mention high fructose cornsyrup is in everything these days which is horrible for you so I rarely eat out. My cheat meals are simple. A chocolate bar, pizza from whole foods, some icecream and I enjoy it more than anyone.

lantus or levemir....
you will not have a peak like with humalog or humulin to a lesser degree...
i shot 70 iu's in the morning..... low carb diet... was on hgh also...
never ever got dizzy or whatever... hungry yes... lol!
but i hate slin...... really blurs your lines... badly! do not use it anymore will never use it again

I am using R cause it is so damn easy to get. What is strange is as long as I eat within 30 minutes of the shot, I dont go hypo even if I dont eat at the second peak at te 2 hr mark. ??? strange....my only guess is that the meal is still keeping my glucose high enough from several hours earlier.
