Nah, I'm being half serious.
This kid's been training for years and still looks the way he does. He's not doing something right in the gym. I'm not saying he should emulate pro routines but emulate the way they lift rather. I watched the pros lift and learned how to build up an incredibly stronger mind muscle connection which helped even before I used PEDs.
It makes a big difference lifting properly instead of moving weights around the gym and fucking around on the machines. Lift with an intent.

How about this: Pick a few basic compound movements, train with high intensity and focus on progression! BAM. That's all you need. 2x/week whole body w/ squats, deads, pulldowns, rows, bench presses, shoulder presses.
If you're continually focusing on progression - you're continually growing.
Agreed, with a small addendum. Nothing huge and I may be splitting hairs, but the inherent flaw with training naturally is that continual progression comes to a screeching halt very quickly. This is why I like it when people I train learn how to lift correctly (form, mind-muscle connection, etc) and learn to be intuitive so they KNOW how to train. And because changes take so long when training naturally, it's hard to make proper observations and to reflect on things. The natural landscape isn't as forgiving as it is when you'd on drugs so a lot of people are just running on the spot unfortunately.
I think it's important to be very intuitive and to know when to take breaks too, especially seeing as how easy it is to overtrain when you're not taking anything. If you know your body and can feel the momentum slowing, you know when it's time to scale back the intensity for a few weeks or so. Then you can go balls to the wall and blast through an upcoming plateau rather than smashing into it face first.

turks usually do three things.
1: Train in jeans
2: Puts a shitload of light plates on the bar to make it seems heavier
3: Train in groups of 40 and just bench.
Ironneck only fits the first though, since its actually pretty heavy and hes not training in a group of other turks ;D

So many wrong things with this, I don't know where to begin from. Where the fuck did you learn how to deadlift? By watching other turks in your gym?
First, your shins didn't hit the bar- I'm surprised you didn't fall forwards
Second and most important- you back had EPIC rounding. A fine way to herniate a spinal disc or two.
With a straight back and your chest UP- you wouldn't lift 130kgs.

I'd recommend you went on a diet, but I doubt you know how to do that, you would end up losing a lot of your strength.

Your forms not terrible, but not solid either. That "jerk" you're doing on the initial pull is going to hurt you. And your ass is too high and your low back too arched....nevermind, your form sucks and lifting with straps negates any lift as legit.

Bad form, Ironnose. Lower your hips, arch your lower back and pull your shoulder blades back. Have the bar grazing your shins on the way up and do not straighten your back until your legs are near locked out. You should use your hips and legs at the lower part of the lift and then use your back to complete the rep.

When you're lifting heavy, like with deadlifts, form is very important or you'll injure yourself, which could really set you back. Better to learn proper form and then try to increase your poundage steadily over the long run so it benefits you. Got to respect the iron, my friend.

you need to start with the hips lower and with a tighter back arch and try to maintain that back arch as much as possible throughout the lift
try to push more with the legs instead of just pulling with the back
this is more effective and safer
only use a weight you can use with reasonable form, as long as your squats are improving the deadlift will follow
that is my personal bro science right there, you may find it useful^^^^

I have never done this I just push through the legs untill i'm perfectly upright, leaning back at that point is crazy but a requirement for powerlifting competition?

I like to think of the deadlift as the first pull in the clean, then at the point where you would do a knee rebend you just stand up it's a piece of cake when you know how to clean. maybe consult a weightlifting coach to them a deadlift is peanuts
do not start drugs before you have proper exercise form down or you will definitely injure yourself badly and waste good drugs

Yep I also agree it is retarded especially for people who will never compete. I used to be in this (olympic style) weightlifting specialized gym where there was an excellent coach. One late teens guy who actually had aspergers (so hyper typical BB.com/4Chan.org kid) would just do deadlifts with 40-60kilograms and make a retarded hyper extention at the end of every rep. We all told him to just "push the ground away" with his legs while maintaining a tight back untill he was perfectly upright. But he kept doing it all wrong, I guess he misinterpreted some internets information and wouldn't listen. LOL

Deadlifts are not very important for bodybuilders on the juice anyway, would be better not to do them unless you can at least use proper form.

powerlifters try to reduce the range of motion in all exercises, that can be good or bad depending on your goals I suppose
But there's nothing like a good coach in real life
videos can be perfect but they are not like a coach teaching you hands on

You arnt anywhere near your natural limit, so why bother?Each cycle will fuck your natural test up that little bit more and youll feel worse when off, so unless you plan on going past 190-195@10% just do it naturally.

Dieting 4 months so far. Lost 15lbs of fat. Gained 10-12lbs muscle. 245lbs. Delts are capped with veins. Waist is down 5 inches. Arms still 20 cold. Thighs 28 in middle. calves 18. chest still 53 relaxed. Im going really slow on the fatloss so i dont lose muscle....without drugs it takes twice as long to lean out and maintain mass. 1/2lb to 1lb a week is all it takes.
You know just an average natural ;D
I bought a camera and am going to set up a youtube page in a month or so.

Iron you have much more potential! I would recommend you stay the course. Your newer off season pics prove you live the lifestyle and the thickness is obvious. A natural will take twice as long to build up or cut up but it stays with you forever. I think your on the right track. 8)

thats a lie i've just struggled with being in shape
i never stopped training in those nearly ten years BUT i was working out from time to time like i would not care that much and that was because of GFs
like you can see i was the most muscular and best shape when i was 17/18 and on testo, right now i'm nearly there where i stopped when i was training like a beast like i do now...there was a time i did not care about deadlifts etc
right now i'm on my way to reach my old strength again
i think i have plenty of muscle mass for a non roider just too much fat right now
and that non roider thing will belong to past in the next months

on my top i was deadlifting 220kg for reps, i have to go there again and my form will get better....allthough i personnaly think the mind muscle connection is important and since i feel every exercise i do i def dont do them wrong, yes i could hurt myself, but if we're talking bout gaining muscle i reach the same as the correct form you guys are telling

That's how a normal person should train and not have some aspiring BB-goals.
Trying to be a professional BB is just a waste of time (Time and Effort Spent VS Reward) and you risk killing yourself for nothing.
Train, stay in shape and live the life is better instead of getting a heartattack from diuretics or whatnot.

i had those "dreams" with 17 but quit very fast trying once i got to know how many drugs are actually involved and that u really dont have a social life anymore

The guy looks like someone who trained naturally for 10 years with average genetics. I been training about the same period and don't look much better. I'm not judging by myself, but in general you max out after few years, after that its bodyfat games. I also think that 180 dl is very good number for a natty with regular genes.

eating like 1800kcal a day now and dropping my bodyweight
for looking diesel and muscular low dose roids are perfect
i dont believe all that hokus pokus eat this, train like that shit
here is my formula for reachin my goal
hard workouts
eat less to drop, eat more to gain
...you can look very good doing this
and if you wann look better than most guys than put in low dose roids and thats it
high doses are only needed if you wann reach something in bodybuilding
