plates for so many reps in particular exercise...when in reality you possibly loaded the bar, picked up the weight and than shaked a little (OK - maybe moved ONE INCH - counting that as a "perfect rep"...) hence stories about some incredible lift you made...

I could ask for 100 or 120 pound dbell press (just simple lifting) or 50 - 70 pound dbell press where I ask for super slow "squeezing" and not "lifting" (where any momentum is out of question and guys have to only squeeze their way up - push dbell in super slow fashion up and same way down)...
Next, each rotation I will increase the weight...so I want to clarify that SPRINTING THE MARATHON is exactly that - sprinting full speed distance of the marathon...Has anyone done that? Probably not...but don't bet your life it wont happen one of these days...
My training is everything but light...and as far as you personally Mamba - I'll take you on any offer - betting whatever you ask for - that I would do exactly what I claim...(as you are not typical Getbig kid as you said - maybe you'll accept the challenge).
Now, only one thing I do request - when we lift - you have to lift FULL RANGE OF MOTION...not those partial reps which looks like someone is having a seasure...

I have understood it from the beginning. Of course, i know how you do it(Super slow squeezing etc.).Thats why i was interested in how you train from the beginning.
I am very sure that i am gonna throw up with ridiculous light weight feeling like lifting ton,if i train with you.
