Hey, if you can't sprint even 100 meters you wouldn't taste much of that "marathon sprint"...
You have to learn how to walk before you learn how to run...sprint...jump...(and OK if you say so: FLY)...

First you sprint 100 dash...than 200...400...800...1500.. .and so ON...

Hey, How can you tell i dont know how to walk(Basic intense exercise)huh??
Are you judging me with my pic or what?

Mamba - I will use more weight in my 10th exercise (in the sequence during the giant set) than you in your first one (or your all out straight set)...and you can pick the exercise of your choice.
So, stop the "light weight" nonsense... ;)
Oh yes? Now i dont but last year i was doing full bottom squat(Until my calf touch my hams) with 5plates each side 6 reps.I dont believe that you do it in your last set of your giant set.
I said "Light weight". But be careful. Light weight means light for YOU.
Of course, you are a pro, your light weight is heavy for me.
I AM NOT BITING YOU.I hope you understand.
The post dwelling on your "Light weight"  was quite respectful meaning.
If your best lift is 7 plates each side with 6 reps,i consider that you are training with light weight when you train with 4 plates each side.
Be careful i am not like another getbig kids.

Kyomu, you are one of those typical "ego lifters" who remembers that once in your life you did 4-5-6-7 ::) plates for so many reps in particular exercise...when in reality you possibly loaded the bar, picked up the weight and than shaked a little (OK - maybe moved ONE INCH - counting that as a "perfect rep"...) hence stories about some incredible lift you made...

So, for that reason - I don't ever take "stories" but give people chance to show me in person..."Hic Rhodos (Koloseum Gym) - Hic Salta"...

I respond to "Light weight" as You have no clue how heavy we are doing particular exercise and in which style...
If you see dbell press (as example) you don't know what I request from the guys...as you are only seeing pictures...
I could ask for 100 or 120 pound dbell press (just simple lifting) or 50 - 70 pound dbell press where I ask for super slow "squeezing" and not "lifting" (where any momentum is out of question and guys have to only squeeze their way up - push dbell in super slow fashion up and same way down)...

Next, each rotation I will increase the weight...so I want to clarify that SPRINTING THE MARATHON is exactly that - sprinting full speed distance of the marathon...Has anyone done that? Probably not...but don't bet your life it wont happen one of these days...

My training is everything but light...and as far as you personally Mamba - I'll take you on any offer - betting whatever you ask for - that I would do exactly what I claim...(as you are not typical Getbig kid as you said - maybe you'll accept the challenge).

Now, only one thing I do request - when we lift - you have to lift FULL RANGE OF MOTION...not those partial reps which looks like someone is having a seasure...

Shaking little bit??
Did you read well i posted?Or are you a blind person???

"Now, only one thing I do request - when we lift - you have to lift FULL RANGE OF MOTION...not those partial reps which looks like someone is having a seasure..."

I said "i was doing full bottom squat(Until my calf touch my hams)"
Even Paco told me that i go bottom too much.
And also Your pal-Mustafa told me in santa susana that i have good pair of wheels.
How can i build my legs with go partial?
Plus I hate partial reps because i dont feel burn from it.

I have understood it from the beginning. Of course, i know how you do it(Super slow squeezing etc.).Thats why i was interested in how you train from the beginning.
I am very sure that i am gonna throw up with ridiculous light weight feeling like lifting ton,if i train with you.

Of course, i want to go to your gym in this summer. I told you.

OK?
What did you say with all this?

I told you NOT to use "light weight" as you might confuse some people thinking that I use light weights in my giant sets.

I use different methods in almost every exercise so first one could be "normal lifting", second could be "super slow", third could be with pause and explosive concentric part, next could be the opposite - accelerating on eccentric portion of the movement, next is maybe "inch by inch" (stopping your lift at every inch), etc..etc...

Take HALF of your best squat and go all the way down. Pause there for 3 seconds and than just "squeeze your way up"...Try to do 10 reps with WHATEVER weight possible...
If someone takes the pictures - gebigers will die laughing telling you that you lift LIGHT when in reality you were dying and weight was HEAVY for you...and possibly you might not even be able to complete 10 reps...

Now, if you are trainer - would you want someone to call your system LIGHT TRAINING?
And NOT because of EGO...but because of information...
I don't want anyone to think - my training is LIGHT...as it is NOT...I choose MAXIMAL WEIGHT in each and every particular exercise...

I hope this helps.

BTW - Mustafa with all his leg size could never follow my leg training...and if he gave you a compliment - it was for a reason...9he probably told you about his family next and ...the rest is easy to figure.../did you give him some money ::)/...)
