yeah nice vid.. i start direct at the sides of my thighs bells not in front and an inch or two before my thigh and keep the tension on my delts.

lets not forget muscle balance is important...huge triceps and small biceps? with overdeveloped front delts and chest? no...measurements are a number but a pro like musclecenter knows if he needs more attention here and there...instinctive.

you know what.. i train people every Day and i look at them, i see how they walk towards me.. see muscle imbalance...  simple lat pull downs show what arm is dominant and where i need to work on. I can really say unless you are a pro like musclecentre then do not worry about your "Guns".. or about measurements. They will come naturally with training and most importantly..what YOUR genetics will allow.

He was blowing smoke they were really 29 inches.
