full range of motion protects the muscles. (in most cases)

i'd say anything 100 pound db's or over would be heavy on overhead db presses.

Then you must have your ass off the bench then pelvis thrusted foward as from that pic you clearly are working your chest more than your deltoids...
Keep your lower back hard against the back rest then you will be doing a shoulder press .hope that helps  :-*

It's a free standing bench, not bolted down to the floor. Again, I'd be on my ass with a broken back.

Right now I'm doing 32kg (70lbs) x 8, at my strongest I did 40kg (88lbs) x 8.
So 105 would be very heavy for me.

I cleaned 105 DB's before and sat back on bench...pin came out and i flew back...lucky i held onto them like a bench position...needless to say i nearly pooped my pants and i was shitting them the next set lol
