Leg Extensions  4 sets
Hamstring Curls  4 sets
Squats             4 sets
One Leg Hamstring Curls  3 sets
Walking Lunges 2 sets

Tri set--seated calf raises plus leg press calf raises plus standing calf raises---4 times

and then I did this "spin" class thing for 30 minutes,....damn thats hard

Leg press(Cybex)-4th set 18 plates for 8
Leg Ext- 4 sets of 15 whole stack
Lying leg curl-4th set 160 for 10
SLDL-4th set 275 for 10
Single leg curl- 2 sets
Calves-8 sets
90 minutes
