Back is good, no pain or issues deadlifting, only squatting seems to put pressure on that lower rib area.
It's coming out of the low position, try quarter squats until the healing process is complete.

Yup,damn talk about catching up with my sleep! chest last night and back tonight. very pussified workouts,all machines.still not alot of energy.

Incline plate loaded. Rib/serratus isn't 100% but no pain while squatting today is a good sign. Squats SLDL One Legged Box Squats Leg Ext Ham Curls
