Followed by

10 sets -   2 min rowing machine - 50 flutter kick / 10 sit up / 10 burpee / 20 pushups

Back in the gym - 45 min heavt dumbbells for squats military rows etc followed by 30 min of stair climber w sets of 100 flutter kick 25 sit up 20 push up every 10 min. 

Closing in on 7% bf

Tried a very different chest workout last night.

standing chest press with cables
pushups with chains...increased the amount of chains each set then superseted the last one.
super slow chest machine.
pec dec

straight bar curls
db curls

abs

8 mile ruck march w 50lb pack.   Average 17 minute mile pace.

I imagine you burn a lot of calories doing those type of workouts. Do you do them in mountains and forests.

Streets of NY using runkeeper to keep track of pace and time.

runkeeper is fucking awesome app and free on the iphone. 

I think this am it took me a little over 2 hours and I burned about 1200 calories
