Regardless, if it's an inflammation issue, you can try the time-honored tradition or rest, ice, and OTC NSAID's.

Where is the pain, and is there any fluid build up around the knee?

Inner left knee.   My last event this past weekend was torture.   Nsaid?

 Swelling down, no redness,  full rom, just pain in general.    Neice jumped on my back and felt it.

You can't really tell anything over the internet, but I would guess over use.   Keep the nsaids, ice, and roll the shit out of it.
