Time to bring this thread back from the dead  Right now I'm lifting like this, Mon-legs Tue-chest,bi's Wed-back,tri's Thur-shoulders,traps Fri,Sat,Sun,off for softball,golf,and drinking. cardio 4 days a week. abs 3 days a week. last night as I was finishing chest I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do for my last exercise and a couple of guys were benching with bands holding the weights under the barbell so I jumped in...it was like trying to bench with a stutter

Run 2-4 miles a day depending on time crunches ab rollers pull ups curls every day that's it.

I land on top of Dan18's head using a chopper and then rappel down his forehead - the descent takes 32 hours (excluding breaks)
I do this once every 2 weeks

off sat and sun.

Obviously danny and SS don't need to post in this thread. danny just goes to the gym to talk on his cell and drink smoothies. SS is always just about to get "serious' about lifting again because he just got over his bad back,hurt shoulder,broken toenail,cut from shaving...

I do maybe 2-3 assistance exercises too, but somedays I dont do any. Depends on how the main lifts go

That's what i use to love bout P/L......... bust your ass for an hour or so, depending how many reps of B.S i got in,3 days a weeks and eat like a pig...........now i switch off and on been doing high reps except on bench and squats but i still have a lot of joint pain.

Fri-heavy chest or shoulders
Mix in some accessory exercises for each body part here and there.
