Chest and triceps. I'll throw in the poundages to "liven things up"  ;D

incline db press- 95lbs, 100 lbs, 105 lbs
flat bench press- 225, 275, 295
hammer strength press- 2 45's, 2 45's and a 25, 3 45's
pec deck- 200,210,220
dips- bodyweight 3 sets

pushdowns- stack for 3 sets
french press- 95 lbs, 105 lbs, 115 lbs
kickbacks- 35 lbs, 40 lbs, 50 lbs
dip machine- 170 lbs, 180 lbs

hammer machine pulldowns individual handles up high and out in front

preacher curls

cambered curls ss w/ seated db curls

yeah, they are brutal. They burn like hell, i usually do them with a straight bar at the cable station though.
