What is this "cardio" you speak of 
It's this fascinating concept where you run/walk/jog for an extended period of time. Generally done to lose weight and/or burn fat. Perhaps you should put down the second-rate lasagna and give it a whirl?
On a side note, did start talking to this smoking hot chick that always lifts when I do today. First impression went like shit, though. Fear not, for Thursday (if there's more than a sprinkling of snow on the ground I won't be there tomorrow) the situation will be rectified!
