No they moved all the weight outside in the back, it's like muscle beach without all the sand, waves and tourists.
Whats it like to train during a thunderstorm? Does it break you concentration on heavy bench presses?

Decline close grip bench...what was really fun was when on my last set the bar slipped outta my hands,tore down and bounced off my chest Lips sealed

pushdowns
reverse grip one armed pushdowns
machine for tri's
straight bar curls
reverse grip curl bar
dumbell curls
machine for curls

abs

Luckily it was onlly 225lb.I didn't even think about it as soon as it hit my chest I grabbed it and racked it.

I like declines but they can be dangerous no doubt.

Lesson learned. That's why you stick with kiddie weights. I suggest starting with 25s on each side and working your way up from there, champ.

Funny I thought I was the only one that did that.

I use whatever grip feels right when I grab the handle, sometimes over, sometimes false.
i never use my thumbs for anything.....i gorilla grip on every exercise......even deadlifts......my hands are probably my strongest bodypart....whenever i arm wrestle people i don't even push...i just grip really hard, and they usually give up Grin
