hack squat x4 finished still 5 plates per side x10 reps usually 6 plates
leg press x3 hit 6 plates per side good rep range as well
single leg lunges with 50's db
leg extension 12 reps x3 sick pump considering
on to hams..
sldl 135,185,235 all 10 or so rep sets..usually 255 to 275 finish tough today..
lying leg curl x3 for some reason stronger than usual on them to finish

calves
seated calf raise,,,leg press extensions x3 and x 3
