Yup.  It will be good for awhile.  In fact, I generally do whole body of some sort now anyway.

3x max reps x 1 minute each  15 second break between each set

Bench Press  
Pull Ups
Dead Lift
Burpees
Military Press
Squat
Curl & Press
Plank
Lunges
Push Press
Pull ups



After that  - add extra 100 pull ups and 100 push ups


2 mile run

The best results I've ever had came from that

I'm doing that right now actually except it's pretty much everyday until Christmas...
