10 min treadmill @ 3 mph
gay 1/8 bodyweight squats 3 x 30
gay ass wes type hip adductor 3 x 30
gay ass step up onto monster 8 inch high platform 3 x 30
gay lateral version of the same 3 x 30
gay ass leg lift with gay jane fonda ankle weight 3 x 30
swiss ball curl 3 x 15
leg stretched out by a dude.

workouts today were complete shit..i think I'm finally approaching overtraining...gonna ease up for a few days and just scale it back to  1 or 2 workouts a day
