So even after hacks the squat racks were being used so then I went to leg press.
last night was shoulders,traps,rear delts.

Switching legs to Friday.
Seems everybody is doing legs on Monday at both my gyms so it's hard to get a squat rack.
Will switch legs to Friday.it will also be better to separate Mon legs and Tue softball.

10 sets of 10 bench

3 min amrap   sandbag clean, press, front squat, lunge, burpee

Inspired by Calvin's early morning cardio*..............


5.88 mile ruck with 45 lbs.

5 miles in 1 hr.

Moderate pace for final piece - mix in two 30 yard hill sprints, 20 push ups and 30 yard bear crawl.



















* Not really inspired by Calvin's cardio (nor really impressed, to be honest, but I digress), it's just the only time today I had to do this.
