Theres more stress on your low back this way and not the good kind.
Open your grip just a tiny bit so you can get your legs between your arms comfortably, keep your ass low, head up, bar very close to your shins so that when you start the move the bar actually touches them, and drive through your heels, pulling back, not straight up.
