here's another thing before I call it a night. First, I've never been trained by dante, I've had 2 pm's from him...maybe 3, that's about it. Second, if you don't think his methods work, that's fine by me. At least be a man and say, I don't agree with them instead of attacking him. Why don't you think they work? How do you know he's advocating 600g of protien. In the flex article he says 1.5 grams per pound. That, in most cases does not add up to 600g's. Is it higher protien than usual, sure it is. Do some research, go to IM and look through the DC trainee gallery. These guys got results...why do you guys care that he charges so much to train poeple? I'm not paying it, you're not paying it. It's none of our business. Did he invent anything new? who knows, what I know is that he took alot of things and brushed away alot of bullshit and came up with an organized well thought out plan for getting stronger and bigger. Is it perfect, I don't know. I like it, lots of people do. The only guys who seem dead set againts it are TA and his crew who've probably never tried it in thier lives. Rest pause is known to work.....progressive resistance is known to work...emphasizing recovery is known to work....what's not to like? Is 1 set better than 10? Don't know. You can find a million articles that argue both sides. it's preference, plain and simple, either you like doing 10 sets or youlike doing 1, either way if you get results run with it.
