No, but I was a fat 235 lbs at the time. Also Deadlifting 600. My Squat is now inching up to what I could do at 235 only now I am a very lean 175-178. Using low bar technique.You don`t have to believe me if you don`t want to.
i've deadlifted 10 less pounds than this, but my best ever squat is 405 low bar, for 1 rep.315 x 12 is the best i could do for high reps.i'm not good at squatting, but 470 x 5 olympic style is extremely good. i've seen one person do that in real life, and he was a near 300 lb football player no doubt far from natural.

Have you carefully examined their butts so you know for sure they werent tainted by dirty needles?3x bodyweight squat is awesome no matter what you took. 2.5 bodyweight squat is good in my book no matter what you took. It's not like you take some testosterone and boom, you can squat 200kg. No, it doesn't work like that. I know a guy who squatted 200kg, deadlifted 250kg and benched 150kg all with good form (he's IPF competitor) at 75kg NATURAL. Then he started steroids and took it to whole another level. I know because I advised him what to take. I admit that I am weaker than this guy because I just don't have so much talent AND good trainer around me. My technique blows and it takes away about 20kg from my squat I believe.So fucking what, 2 years from now and more needles in my butt and more hard work in the gym and I'm gonna be stronger than him. Seriously, this whole "I AM NATURAL" shit is so fucking boring. That's an excuse to be average or, in this particular case, attention whoring.
