Personally, I find it insulting to call bodybuilders "athletes". Because what they do goes so far BEYOND what athletes in other sports do.Look at the NBA... those "athlete" play 3-4 games a week. A game is only 48 minutes, and they might only play 20 to 30 minutes of it. So outside of maybe 120 minutes a week of actual "play" on the court, their life consists of smoking pot, banging hot girls in every town, blowing tens of thousands of thousands of dollars on frivolous shit, etc. Bodybuilders, on the other hand, live a rigorous 24/7 lifestyle. They consume 15 to 17 scoops a day of various products. The respond to fan mail 2-3 hours a day. They volunteer at animal shelters and work on masters level classes too. All while investing heavily in the stock market and real estate.I'd say "HERO" is a word that is much more fitting than "athlete". They're heroes.

Mind = blownI had a super obese manager as a teen at a fast food place, like 6'5" and 550lbs... we had an obese customer (so fat his stomach sat against the steering wheel of his car) order a custom sandwich with like 2500kcl of melted chedder added.... and when the customer got it and saw it didnt have ENOUGH cheddar, he screamed and called my manager a fat piece of shit and threw his sandwich though the window and onto my manager and drove off.It was pretty entertaining watching someone who was easily 60% BF call a guy who was easilu 50% BF a fat POS because he didnt get enough melted cheddar om his sandwich.Moral of the story - don't fuck with obese peoples calories.
