hey dude were working on it. Gal is busting his ass fwding me chapters, and i read them to see if theres anything to add. id say we are half way home? maybe even closer to being done. we hope to have it ready for you by the weekend.

we dont even know how were going to work payment info? not a priority right now. just want to get it complied, we'll worry about the other stuff like how to pay later. goes to show much much we are in it for the money now that im thinking about it. lol

as for pages, thats unknown as of yet. its not the number of pages, its the value of info. if we could have put it on one page we would have. but we cant.

yessir. gal has a great chapter for natties. you still fall within the same system, but there are things you cannot do that an enhanced user can and get away with. gal addresses these things and more.

its actually one of my more favourite chapters due to the fact the thought he put into it. he covers all the bases. he talks funny and says funny shit but in there is a seriously smart guy who knows how the body works. his type of knowledge you just dont find in books thats for sure..

is there something wrong with what he said there? he's 100% correct. when it comes to building muscle naturals do have a very difficult road ahead of them.

I fail to see what this post, which talks about a naturals genetic limitation for the creation of lean tissue has anything to do with the advise we dispense about diet.  

in fact if anything you only reinforce he knows what a natural must go thru.

your trying to draw a parallel between two different topics altogether using an example in an attempt to discredit him that only goes to prove he knows what he's talking about. lol

bottom line is anyone can use this system. natty or enhanced. if I have to explain the difference to you between fat loss as a natural and the creation of lean tissue perhaps it is better we don't continue further.

I think I was 242 in that fat pic, and I'm 236 depleted in the bottom one.

but when you consider I lost abt 6% bf which is about 14 pounds, the numbers don't gel. this is why I believe and know one can create lean tissue in a severe cal deficit thru the bodies remarkable ability to utilize proteins more efficiently for anabolism.

the training is more intense,less rest,pump,when lean/super lean then traditional heavy set after heavy or trying to as one 'bulks'rest between sets to get stronger for the failure set lol,,,,after yrs of these and enough size/thickness developed,,this plan you have been doing works great the body responds to  faster paced workouts less rest,u be suprised your strenght actually is either close or slighlty better than previously thought as the rest period to go heavier theory..out the window..

you feel so stupid and ashamed later on for the oldschool style approach.i could bitchslap myself over it to this day

its not needed after few yrs of training,,,you can incorporate a smattering of sets or few days of old gung ho approach,but then go back into the overdrive ,less rest set to set approach,,your strenght of course will sap if u go for 1 rep max on something,but the goal if one is building a quality,lean,dense,build ,training for max is not even in the scheme...pick an off day or rested day to show off for one set the max,,,
