the training is more intense,less rest,pump,when lean/super lean then traditional heavy set after heavy or trying to as one 'bulks'rest between sets to get stronger for the failure set lol,,,,after yrs of these and enough size/thickness developed,,this plan you have been doing works great the body responds to faster paced workouts less rest,u be suprised your strenght actually is either close or slighlty better than previously thought as the rest period to go heavier theory..out the window..
