Anabolichalo, have you ever considered the very unlikely possiblity that the reason you didn't get very much out of training naturally is because you have absolutely no fucking idea what you are doing.

I know this is very unlikely since other areas of your life are extremely successfull. Surely if you applied the same efforts and logic into your natural training endeavors success would be almost certain. I know that this idea is improbable but still may have to be considered despite it's absurdity.
shut the hell up fucking delusionite

you dont know shit

it works really great for deluding yourself into thinking getting some more kilos on low rep ego lifts is accomplishing significant muscle growth

for bodybuilding purposes however it's pointless

steroids are a basic necessity to build muscle mass

If is so easy ?,why then don't you win a medal or two in Rio 2016 for king Leopold land & be media star.

I'll throw in my 2 cents with 40 years of training natural. When you have a few years of training in it's important to try to get stronger. Muscles get bigger though for a lack of a better term muscular endurance training. If getting stronger was the magic bullet we would all warm up and train for sets of under 3 reps.

I think a the majority of your training should be volume training with 6 to 12 reps. Most sets are not to failure except on your last set. So you might pick 3 to 4 exercises per body part and do 4 to 6 sets. Short rest between sets. Your last set you should fail at your rep goal. Set one should feel moderate exertion. This is muscular endurance training.

Part of your training year should be devoted to low volume doing 3 sets and even 1 work set per exercise not counting warm up sets. The two polar opposite styles of training will work on increasing strength at one period of a training cycle and the other will increase muscular endurance. To many people use use one style or the other. I say use both.
