Barbell Shrugs 3 sets
Behind the Back Smith Machine Shrugs 3 Sets
Back
Medium Width Pulldowns 3 Sets
Dumbell Rows 3 Sets
Magnum Biangular Pulldowns 3 Sets. I really like this movement,
as it starts narrow grip, and works wider while going through the
range of movement. It is similar to performing a double bicep pose, but weighted.
As usual, I pyramided the sets, increasing in weight, and decreasing reps. I really focused on slightly arching my back, and squeezing at the bottom of each rep. This is the most effective way I have found to hit the lower lats as well.
