Thanks for the birthday wishes. I've enjoyed a spectacular day with friends and family here in Uettingen. Too bad Donny couldn't get off work to join us.

My next visit to Germany, I plan to make sure we get together. I'm told he is just 2 hours away from here.

Headed home to Oregon on Sunday. My wife told me to be prepared to celebrate my birthday again once I am home. It is great to be so loved. I am truly a lucky man.

Arms today+ abs

BB curls 3 sets
incline dB curls 3 sets
Concentration curls 3 sets

lying DB extensions 3 sets
incline BB extensions 3 sets
Lying close grip BB Kickbacks 3 sets

Machine crunch with hanging knee raises 3 sets. 30 mins interval training on bike. lying BB kickbacks are a bit harder to master than with a cable or Dumbbells. Just threw them in for a change.

Triceps-pushdown on lat-pulldown machine, 4 wqarm-up sets, 2 working sets, 12 + 10 reps
Dips, warm-up 1 x Bodyweight, workings sets BW + 40 lbs dumbell for 18 reps, BW + 50 lbs. dumbell for 15 reps
Dumbell extensions behind head, 2 working sets, 15 + 12 reps
Rope-extensions on cqable station, 3 high rep sets

age 51, current Bodyweight 245 lbs., 6 "2", + natty, training 34 years.....

You've got that right, my friend!   ;D  There is today's bodydoping and then there is physical culture. I will take the latter every time because it lasts.  It's real.  And the reason for the first two is because it is what we do, we do with what was given us from God, Nature and our parents.  Not a bottle or syringe. Do I believe in HRT for those that need it? Yup.  But outside a lesbian bull dyke claiming sHe is now a He, I don't see how anyone of a rational mind can state grams of drugs each week are what's needed to be who we are. 

Men.  Shit, I don't see how a woman can claim to be a woMan and thereby need male hormones, but I digress...Again. ;D

And speaking of which, yesterday I did shoulders and arms.  17 sets of very light DB laterals, machine presses and machine rear delts followed by 24 total sets of arm work consisting of 6 sets of 5 to 15 reps on the BB curl followed by 6  sets of alternating DB curls.

Then 6 sets of tricep pushdowns and 6 sets of machine close grip benches.  The usual 5 sets each way of wrist curls on the pullies and a few sets of machine sit ups.  Feeling better with each workout.

Today training at 11 AM (CET) in Bonn/Germany in a local Gym with Life-Fitness & Hammer-Strength equipment. Cardio + Chest + front + side delts.

warm-up, Cardio 15 Minutes life-fitness bike....level 1 up to level 18, starting at level 1 (very easy), and up the levels every 30-40 seconds....last 2 minutes back down to level 10.

Chest, first: 2 light sets for the rotator cuff, rotating outside....

incline bench press, starting with just the bar....., 60kg, 80kg,100 kg, 120 kg x 16 reps, 140 kg x 10
Hammer-Strength decline bench press, 2x44´s, 4x4´s, 6x44´s, 6/44 + 2/22 x 15 reps
Life-Fitness "fly-machine", seated, 89 kg, 131 kg, 143 kg (full stack + 2 x 2,5 kg extra plates) x 14 reps, 143 + 20 kg plate, total 163 kg x 9 reps

Front-lateral, dumbells, 10kg, 15 kg, 2 sets with 22,5 kg (each dumbell)
side-lateral-machine Life-Fitness, 2 warm-up sets, 95 kg (full stack) x 12 reps, 100 kg (95 + 2 x 2,5kg) x 9 reps
Arnold press, 2 medium heavy dumbells (30 kg) don´t count...up to faillure....

in 2 weeks i may will post some pics when i´m training in Thailand......

was away few days with wife only  :D,,few days in atlantic city,,lost money  :-..ate at some nice resteraunts and drank a bit,trained legs a bit in the gym there they had good cybex machines,,got some sun,lost more money  :'(,,missed the kids...sorta ;D...one thing its like vegas in these hotels 'the tropicana or the trop as its called has shops,fountains,clubs,bars all under 3 buildings awesome,,the smoke was very bad,,very bad,,most if not all nj establishments are all smoke free..whats the norm now is girls getting married have there bachlorette parties for weekends there and thats all u see is hot young soon to be married girls,and some older girls getting away with the 'girls'away from husbands/boyfriends also very hot ones..its crazy..considering i ate crappy a tad body still kept lean ,i felt soft..

flat DB Flyes/close grip cable rows

Flat DB press/BB rows

This should work well i think. Get my Heart pumping too. I think each superset 3 sets per ex. should stimulate :)

Then floated in the pool drinking 3 beers. I have to stop drinking. I would be really lean without the beer but would I be happy?

I dance with the wife like a fool in front of the band.  I guess for the younger crowd the night club that surrounds the indoor pool is the place to go but I feel to old to party there.

Do you see an advantage in the Perfect push up bars you use rather than standard ones? Rotating your Hands? I use normal ones like below.
