120 on the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale  at a  very screwed up age 19, under controlled conditions, administered by the professor a PHD in Psychology. Not bad considering I was very confused and didn't know much at the time. In later life, I've scored 138- 140 ish on other tests not under controlled conditions. 138 being most common.

On a second thought, yeah it must be higher. I put Goodrum on the 1% of the 1%. That would be 1 in 10,000. And 131 is merely 2 in 100. Yep, definitely higher.

To give getbiggers a bit of knowledge about how one's IQ is determined.

For example, on the Weschsler Intelligence Scale for Children, there are 5 indexes: Vocabulary Comprehension Index, Processing Speed Index, Working Memory Index, Fluid Reasoning Index, and Visual Spatial Index. When testing is complete and scored, you receive a score for each individual index, which makes up your Full Scale Intelligence Quotient (FSIQ).

Most people who administer IQ tests tend to be more concerned with individual indexes, as opposed to the FSIQ, although the FSIQ has strong predictive validity. But, really, what's important is to determine each individual's cognitive strengths and weaknesses, which is determined by analyzing the five indexes above. You get a better understanding of the individual in this way. Obviously, each individual index may not matter if they are all equally high. It becomes more important to analyze each individual indexes when there is discrepancies between the 5 indexes, i.e., Verbal Comprehension is substantially higher than Processing Speed.

I remember the first test I ever took. It was in the 80's, in "Omni magazine". It said on the cover at the magazine stands "the worlds most difficult IQ- test". I figured why not try it out. I always wanted to know my IQ. Comparing myself to my peers, who doesn't. I figured it would be high since I started reading books at 3 years of age. I was always brighter than my mates in school. Even skipped a few grades. It gave me trouble being smarter and at the same time smaller than my classmates. I was beaten and bullied. And that was why I started ligting weights and doing martial arts...
Anyways about the Omni test. The verbal problems where pretty easy, having a much larger than average vocabulary, so I just grazed through them. The really difficult ones where the spatial and number sequence problems. Actually highly difficult... So as it turns out I actually happen to set a new record on that specific test. And that was one of the tests I scored the immeasurable result, because obviously, being the highest scorer I was the point of reference, thus immeasurable.
Actually I have taken IQ tests quite a few times over the years and in every single test I have scored 175 and above, which ranks me in a company of about 0.0000001% of the worlds population, or one in 10.000.000 by most credible test authors. In fact on quite a few IQ tests I have scored "immeasurable" result and I believe to many people doing IQ rankings i still hold that standard to this very day.

I really don't like standardized IQ tests, although I use them all the time. But, they do have great predictive validity.

I prefer Howard Gardner's "Theory of Multiple Intelligence."

For what it's worth, here are the tests I've taken. 1,2,6 were school related, 3-5 were part of a test study I participated in during university for the training of school psychologists, 7-8 were for MENSA (with its low bar to entry ), 9-10 were for grad school.

Modesty prohibits me from revealing my scores (like it matters ).

But here's the thing – extraordinary accomplishments, lucrative awards, grants, and fellowships, publications in respected journals and books (or its equivalent in other fields), hyper-competitive post-docs and appointments, and professional recognition from the inner sanctum of super achievers all beat stating a mere IQ score (big whoop). Moreover, my experience working alongside creative and multi-talented individuals with an average, by my estimates, of 140FSIQ and obscene cultural capital, super-high IQers don't generally talk about their scores; instead, such individuals "perform" their intelligence and talents. Also, my understanding is that SATs and ACTs only correlate to about .6 or so with IQ (they are only supposed to predict first year grades at university, and are not stand-ins for professionally administered IQ test, which are very complex and test a broad range of cognitive abilities; c.f., I don’t think MENSA accepts SATs and ACTs scores which were taken post-1994).
