Nice workouts. And nice to see you using sandbags. I got into sandbag workouts on Youtube awhile ago. Sandbag and kettlebells are great. Will get a Zerchpad also.

wow.. what weight(s) were you using or were you spacing each set out to reach this number?
I, as i have wrote before concentrate more on Inclines
