Very simple approach, so many guys seem to over complicate things. Do you use any condiments?
Just use salt, pepper, sometimes garlic powder.

I still swear by it, for the way I was training..4 sessions a week, low volume, zero cardio, also no real focus on the cosmetic look of the muscle (fullness). For prep, increase in activity, more training, more cardio, I feel I need a bit of carbs. On my off days, full carnivore still.
