I believe the 'embarrassment' you speak of relates to some of the more blatant crap that goes on around here such as the racism, anti-semitic, gay porn, graphic and gruesome pictures/posts, personal threats, gimmicks, etc., not the random "off-topic" BS. While clearly some threads don't belong on the G & O, it is the most visited, so if the topic is very active, I'll let it sit there awhile before moving it where it actually belongs (even though I get bitched at for it ::)) unless it gets totally derailed. I believe Ron does the same much of the time.

I believe the 'embarrassment' you speak of relates to some of the more blatant crap that goes on around here such as the racism, anti-semitic, gay porn, graphic and gruesome pictures/posts, personal threats, gimmicks, etc., not the random "off-topic" BS. While clearly some threads don't belong on the G & O, it is the most visited, so if the topic is very active, I'll let it sit there awhile before moving it where it actually belongs (even though I get bitched at for it ::)) unless it gets totally derailed. I believe Ron does the same much of the time.
IMO, there needs to be a decent balance; over-moderation pisses people off. Following the "letter of the law" will only serve to stifle the entertainment value of Thunderdome ~ there are other sites if someone wants a monarchy.

I will go on record as stating OneMoreRep is doing a great job as being a Mod. It's not an easy job on Getbig..... it's a very busy forum that also has a lot of industry people reading every day.

It's not easy being a mod here. Every Mod (other than Ron) was once a regular member....a veteran member. We also love to debate and have fun too.
But Ron asks us to clean the place up. We try to do our best. Ron asks us to follow the rules as set by him.

Jeff is still here. He hasn't been banned, nor has he been placed in Time Out, even when I have an inbox filled with complaints and posted up multiple examples of infractions. I have no personal issues with him, as I know that he is simply trying to have fun. That said (gawd I love that phrase), he is a self-admitted troll. If a troll were to start nonsense with you, I would stand by your side in solidarity as a fellow mod. Likewise, if rules are broken, I will gladly get involved. The "power trip" and "ego-driven" nonsense he is pushing is ridiculous. I have only removed threads that violated the rules (be it spamming, PERSONAL INFORMATION or baseless attacks).
I haven't erased any of his threads or posts, so I don't see why he keeps harping on it.
To each their own I supposed. While he can bitch all day long, he is the one that admitted that he is but merely a troll, here to only get a rise out of the forum members.

I signed up here after I was told it was a brutal forum that took no prisoners what a joke that turned out to be.
It's a den of insecure losers who come across as tough as nails but when it gets down to it they just cant cut it.
I would get more of a fight on a knitting or cookery forum.
Respect to Galeniko and booty, two people who dont take themselves too seriously and enjoy the banter.
As for the meltdown guys, you know who you are.
I will let you take satisfaction in saying you ran me off the forum, it will after all boost you sagging egos.

I think it's possible for someone to have 17 inch arms conditioned natural if they are tall, I don't think someone 5'5 can have 17 in arms in contest shape without juice.
Also I don't think any 5'11 165 pounders can have 17 inch conditioned arms juiced or not, only light heavies and up measure at 17 inch contest weight of 190 lb especially at that height. The biggest jump in arms size is from 16-17 inches and a 16 inch arms maybe possible on a guy that is 165 at 5'11 but even that is pushing it.

current meal plan for my new year evening prep (about 750grams rice, in uncooked weight, and 600gram chicken filet and 400 steak in uncooked weight)
in addition one shake with 100g oats and 30g isolate
and oneshake with 50g dextrose and 30 g isolate
this is my time out diet but i fell off the wagon a bit after that thai whore gave me sickness i couldnt eat much but tried to do it still pretty good
gonna get real big and freaky
