Worked out at "Fit Athletic" in San Diego.   Pretty fantastic gym.

Of course, I did all the same shit I normally do.

TRX single lunge x 8  superset 20lb mb throw 3 x 15

Giant set:  Inverted TRX row  12,10,10 -----> RDL x 8-10  -------> Varied angle 24" box jumps x 12

Hammer curl  12,10,6 superset Rapid band press tricep  3 x 15-18

DB static hold - 1 x 30 sec

Appointment to discuss shoulder surgery on 1/8, hoping to get moved up.

I felt pussish after deadlift 495 for a few reps. Embarrassed

You're a friggin' monster on that lift.  I'm not sure if I'm even capable of that for a rep.   I go through phases with the lift, and it takes me about 5 weeks of training on it after not doing to get 405 (beltless, wrapless of course). 

But to go farther, I'd have to specialize, and I don't think my twink frame would appreciate it too much.

I actually enjoy deadlifts the most. I cracked out 8 reps yesterday and felt buzzed for a few minutes after. Grin
