Behind the neck barbell press
Dumbell side lateral raises
Front dumbell raises
Reverse peck fly machine

Colse grip bench press
Machine dips

30 minutes cardio

My boss has to take that stairmaster. He must bay a hack squat machine and a stairmaster for our gym. I would like to try it as a part of my cardio session.

Yes, very easy.  Use them in a power rack at home.   If I took them to my gym, there would be little issue.
